Akhir entry maar hi di naa

• Vikrant begins ...he wants to make his own appeal to the judge. Because Yashika told him, noone can fight for himself better than him. He makes a good speech. he says no father should be asked to go through this, asking for his daughter.
• He starts foo saying he was kept in the dark about having a daughter called Dua. By a twist of fate he met her, even after that, he was never told. he says he wants his daughter to stay with him.
• he also make a a good case for Dhairya. he says DK took very good care of them. He says he did step back from asking for Dua. But he was told that DK and Mannat were married; which is not the case. Even there he was lied to. (I knew this would come back to bite them) And to top it, Mannat looked shocked. , that he knew the truth. Did she want to go on with the lie that they were married? I don't understand her POV, about the fake marriage.
• Vikrant says they are going to take her away to another city.
• Judge asks him; the fact that you are here, means Mannat Khanna wants to stay with your brother Dhairya. Don't you think you should that?
• He says he he did respect it. He says now it looks like DK wants to extract his pound of flesh for looking after them. Mannat is operating under ehsaan. And he is provoking her. He says Mannat is not like that he says if he didn't come to court, hsi daughter & Mannat will move far away and he would lsoe them.
• he says he knows the accusation will he abandoned Dua. He says how could I have abandon her when I didn't know she existed. He says Dua needs to know. He also says he can fulfill all his responsibilities, and eh will give hr everything. He says it's his right.
• Mannat is fuming.
• DK is at home tense. Malla taunts him saying he never managed to get Mannat to love him despite 7 years of staying together. She says everyone tried to keep them apart. But they failed. And Vikrant will win this case. DK tells her Mannat will take care of everything. Malla taunts him that Mannt still loves Vik. DK asks her if she wants to marry him. AD hoc scene to show DK's worry, and of course Malla needs one or two dialogues to justify her presence.

Vikrant presented his case well and calmly. Only thing as usual is he relied entirely on Neetu and Yashika. When Mannat stands up to present her case, he gets nervous. Neetu foolishly tells him Mannat loves you and will not bring up old issues. so he can bring up issues without talking about the context but Mannat loves him so she wont??

• DK is worried ...he wodners to himself if Mannat will give in, will he lose Dua.
• Mannat also fights her own case.
• She says it is true that DK and her hid the truth from him, She says hiding the truth from him was because of his own behaviour. And here we have the two dialogues that are causing the uproar on X - yeh baap banne ke layak hi nahi, and Dua ki zindagi mein rehna deserve hi nahi karte. . She says she will prove it. She wants to ask him questions.
• Mannat asks him to answer only in yes or no. She asks him they were supposed to get married? he says yes. She asks him if he broke off the relationship in front of ebveryone? He says yes. She says she did came back to talk to him. She says she went back that she was pregnant. he didnt listen and asked her to leave.
• She also says on the same day he throw his parents out of the house. She also says he sent his mom to jail, and Ronny had to sign property papers.
• Vik argues saying she knows the reason then why is she talking like this? he says he reacted based on his mom Vishakha's 'behkaava'. Mannat counters saying neither was he a child then and nor is he a child now. She says if he is indeed so innocent then how will he bring up a child? he has messed up his own life.
• She says how can she trust someone who does anything based on talks? What's the guarantee? She says he does anything, says anything in anger. of course she goes on to praise Dhairya, who took on their responsibilities when Vik threw them out of the house. he considered rotu as his own parents. DK has fulfilled every responsibility for Dua as well. he need not have done it. She says if he couldn't be his parents. She calls him kaan ka kchche. Which he is. What's the guarantee he won't throw them out again.
• She says she has paid a very big price for loving him. She says Vik cannot give Dua the kind of love Dhairya can, though he can provide all luxuries.
• Vik scrams that she is his daughter. The judge checks him for his tone. And says he should be ashamed of himself, he got a girl pregnant and now he wants custody.
• Now I know this is being hated on X. It was consensual, how could Mannat keep quiet? But he did marry her on the terrace, with sindoor, a makeshift fire. She thought they were going to get married. I for one was please, and kuch shanthi mili. Sorry, but i could not get over the fact that Vikrant slept with a girl and left her, especially when he married Malla only because he thought he slept with her. For Vik too, the consummation was consensual. And yet, he left Mannat at the altar! I suppose the judge used a softer version of slept with a girl by saying he got her pregnant.

People are crying over "ladki ko pregnant karke chhod diya?" This is exactly how Mannat Vikrant's case will be handled in the real, practical world. The line is rough but this is how locals will address the issue. Yes, indeed he didn't know about her pregnancy, yes the consummation was with consent, both parties were willing but it is also the fact that he gave her promises that they will marry, that makeshift terrace wedding was the gurantee and didn't fulfill it. Yes, he was under tremendous mental pressure, but he still didn't remember while ousting her or character assasinating her. He was even leaving with Vishakha until he receieved the news of Shruti's demise, then he remembered oh, my wife must be in pain and now I will take the responsibility. I will always say that his worst mistake was not looking for his family for 7 long years. In Mannat's case Vikrant looks so wrong because similar circumstances took place in Malla's case and that time he ended up getting married to her under saving her honour. Here even though he didn't know about pregnancy, he still didn't take accountability of the consented consummation until it was too late. Its a fact that he was blinded with the manipulation that she chose his brother over him and thats why he didn't make amends with her.

New promo....Dua gets to know the truth, despite Vik getting Duas custody, she refuses to accept Vik as her father. In court she shouts that she has only Dhairya as her father....while walking she faints and Vikrant catches her

..she murmurs of D as her father....

So all now what Vik as Aman portrayed is going to return to him....his own child refuses him....now I would like to see Vikrant winning Mannat and Dua back ....he has to win them else story hi khatm honi hai....
