After the 2024 elections, the BJP started taking things more seriously. They conquerored each state after that, be it haryana, delhi, MH, bihar and now WB and assam. The kind of hard work they put into WB was impeccable imo. They really gave it their all there, as they knew its still difficult to crack kerala and TN at this point. Additionally both TN and kerala are doing relatively well in terms of development, so they seemed less concerned about those states. In contrast, WB was in a more urgent situation, border issues, lack of development, security threats, lawlessness, illegal infiltration, concerns about women’s safety and more. Most importantly, border security was a key focus for them to curb illegal infiltration, so they prioritized bengal first. Meanwhile, their presence in TN and kerala is also gradually rising, which can be seen in their vote share.

On the other hand, after winning 99 seats in 2024, congress has become overconfident, lazy and isnt doing any meaningful work in state elections to win. They appear lazy, no strong rallies or ground efforts and their entire campaign revolves around hating BJP and making anti national statements. With this attitude, its hard to see them returning to power.

The BJP may have thousands of issues, but INC isnt solution

Kerala and TN BJP is hesitant to go all OUT, man they should realise they've got nothing to loose. Annamalai is seen with a doubt due to his caste(thevar) they should generate new voters base and meanwhile should successfully retain their core voter base the urban middle class audience.

Currently for BJP voteshare in these states is important, if I'm not wrong in kerala their vote share is around 12%. Good for them.

Congress has nothing to loose they're awaiting for BJP to eat up and cleanse the battleground in each state, because they're sure whenever there's BJP vs Congress they can win for sure if not now atleast later some other time. But with other parties they're the ground is too crowded for their organisational strength and Vulnerabilities getting exposed.

Basically, the BJP is not strong in Puducherry too.

Jiske saath alliance mein woh khud Congress chordkar aaya hain, usne apni party banayi phir BJP ki alliance mein fight karte hain.

So that is the reason.

Exactly

One of the reasons why they wanted TMC gone was so that the next fight would be BJP v Congress.

Amit Shah is doing great, but I really hope he takes Delhi ka law and order seriously.

It is a need of the hour.
