I think he meant by he was not able to save vasudha and Malti's husband's life. He thinks he is responsible for it. He as MMn head could not brought the truth to publics so morally he is responsible. yes a doctor was involved according to owner, but owner might have wrong information and doctor could have been unaware. Daya might have known this later that Kamat was indirectly involved and he kept quiet again

आणि हे ऐकून तारिनी totally shocked होते at the same time खूपच चिडते
