But why he hides this niyati and a kid from tulsi kisi ko nahi but tulsi ko bata sakta tha or nandan is right to know this too about Karan's other pretented family if they happy and accepted eklavya so why not him or why tulsi shocked is she not see eklavya (they mention eklavya too exit) so what problem here

We don't know but if their neighbours of Niyati think that Karan is her husband then that would be a clear posing as husband wife. Though it's not legally bigamy but that's deception and torture over first wife.

if the second lady is misled into the relation (like here Niyati and Rio think Karan is their husband and father) then it's a deception to that family as well.

So yes complete crime and he is solely responsible for it..

Aside one more thing, if Karan is actually spending money on this family then that's a financial fraud over his marital family since his earnings are marital earnings and wife has equal rights on it. So if he is spending money without her permission to support a family it's also financial fraud

The new family will be shown as evil, with Niyati planning things all along to destroy the Viranis.

The old family aka the Viranis will be too busy dealing with their migraines, trauma and tears along with the relief that one more divorce isn’t happening in the family to sue Karan.

Only Gautam will blame Karan for everything and then be told, Karan wasn’t to know that the child he fathered like his own would end up looking like their dead brother who makes Mihir look even younger. At some point in the future, when even Angad, Hrithik and Ajay are old, greying and with wrinkles; another son of Ansh’s will pop up - Saaransh - practically a fossil but still wanting to destroy the Viranis. He will come at the speed of a sloth, take one look at the youthful Mihir, his supposed Dadaji, who has to deal with another woman falling for him at that point and decide to give up his life there and then because what’s the point of being a clone, when you can’t be the young looking clone.

Mihir got some blessed genetic mutation that stops him from aging, Ansh has been doing so many women dirty that while he reproduces exact copies of himself, each new one that pops up ends up looking older than the previous one which did.

BTW, not sure how many OG viewers remember this but in the 1st season after Tulsi reveals to everyone that Karan is Mihir’s son by Mandira, the family is visibly shaken, shocked and doesn’t know how to process the information overload that’s been dumped on them in like half an hour.

Hemant Pooja are seen in their room once they’re all home and Tulsi has revealed that Hemant had known about Mandira at least all along and chose to keep things quiet.

In the privacy of their room, Pooja asks him, “Aur aise kitne raaz hai, Hemant?”.

Today, I wish someone would meet Ekta and ask her, “Aur aise Ansh ke kitne xeroxed Ansh hai, Ekta?”.

Hate to repeat myself but, he didn’t do that as that would’ve been the logical thing to do… which is why he didn’t do it.
