No Tulsi just had one relationship...what tripti mentioned was Thakral...There was a track of fake Tulsi in Virani's house played by Gautami kapoor and Ram Kapoor played Jas Thakral...he was behind fake tulsi

Yep they are real life couple...Idk if Fake tulsi was bad or good Idk how to put it across...she was good till the very end...I think Smriti left S1 and makers replaced her with gautami and that track was utter flop....I have heard that Ekta and smriti had a fallout...however later Smriti came back and that is when fake tulsi became bad who apparently had planned everything with Mandira
