In a sense custody case yaha banta nahi because Dua is an illegitimate child. Bohot log shadi promise karke, pregnant karke chhod dete hai and that's what Vikrant did. Not once did he think that Mannat was loyal pre-leap.

Dhairya is Dua's baba and Vikrant is just a sperm donor. Which is what Cool also said that it will be difficult for her.

But since yeh itv hai, court case hua, toh eventually co-parenting pe hi aayega.

A. Dua doesnt even know ManVik were in love and supposed to be married. She hasnt even seen their bond. All she has seen is their fight.

For all her smartness she hasnt questioned how RoTu Vik are Saluja and yet Vish called DK Vik as brothers who are Kumar.

But if he doesn't consider that as wedding... then Dua becomes illegitimate... so simply claiming paternity wont make sense. DK also has the birth certificate on his name to challenge that.

I remember we had discussed this right into leap and I still dont understand what is the logic of custody case....

To make Mannat stay back there has to be a reason and the makers will go for custody as nothing else can be thought from them. So when Vik comes to know ke Dua is his, he would want to fight for her and as ITV rule says that the court will order to stay together as family for a while. Which means Mannat stays back and the wedding of Manvik also gets a status.....kya hi bolein
