There was a child drama film called Anjali .where couple is happily married blessed with two kids and wife finds out he has affair and a daughter also but later it turns out lady is doctor looking after special child of that couple with some disease whom husband had hid during delivery saying child was stillborn and then wife gets her child back home but unfortunately child dies after some time .

Hope makers try something like this but chances are there they make that kid as ansh nandini child because makers timeline is different and bhoomi don't exists or that child is some virani product whom karan is hiding knowing virani track records .
