Nope. Karan Nandini were never known or considered as the leads nor were KT ever the leads of Kyunki. Ekta’s shows aren’t like Shahi or Leena’s where the ML and FL change with each generation or leap. The ML and FL remain the same throughout the whole show no matter how many generations or leaps come in her shows. The only exception was kkb when she brought last gen and others were considered leads for a short period when the FL quit. But even there she brought back the FL and then idk what happened there. But that’s the only exception and perhaps that yhc. Both which are her recent shows where she changed that a bit. But her 2000s shows had the same leads from beginning till the end.
