She refuses to accept her mom has been subjected to a humiliation and trauma that is not easy to endure for any woman let alone to do it twice and for the second time to happen at an age when they had adult grandkids old enough to get married.
She doesn’t go home though she said she would leave once the Mihir Noina marriage nonsense is over. I swear at this rate, she’s gonna be the next one to get a divorce or at least have a marital crisis in the family because she’s not gone back to her husband and kids in what feels like 7 years! I mean it’s one thing to have an understanding husband but what kinda husband lets his wife stay at her mom’s place for 7 years and doesn’t have a reaction to her not coming back!People even found a way to travel during the peak of pandemic amidst a global lockdown! What’s her excuse to not leave SN is absolutely worth a study in procrastination and sure shot ways to ruin your marriage!

And you know what!
the more a character annoys me in the show, the more I get determined to show them in a better light in my FF - but with Shobha I don’t even know what to do with her even in my story unless I show she’s already separated from her husband and is hiding that from her family but then that would mean one more character arc for me to handle - with so many other arcs already there
