As you rightly said, this is a public forum and everyone can read the responses. So when you go for such things know that the others can read my responses and see I was simply being firm and honest in an opinion and never abusive. As for public demands, they started getting paired before the thing existed, then kept on getting paired even before social media took over and could be a huge thing… and are still being paired today. But let’s not try and pretend that what I said didn’t happen - it didn’t hurt their careers. Hiten is exceptionally talented but then why is it that beyond Kutumb and Kyunki he never got lead roles for any show from the beginning? Even when he did it was as a replacement for Cezanne or Sushant or XYZ. Gauri did other shows but again the same thing was happening - iirc there was talks about Hiten coming onboard even on special squad - a crime investigation based show! The perception or whatever that these two can only work with each other is not a good thing for their careers because not every character written for a guy will suit Hiten and not every female character suits Gauri. When people are cast for things beyond suitability it may work in their favour for sometime but ultimately backfires.

You can think of this of this as anything, I can’t decide for you but I believe being a fan doesn’t mean that I want to see my favourites typecast or locked in some box, I would love to see some versatility, as that is also something actors personally crave. Just shipping is not my thing regardless of when it comes to an individual or a couple.

When did i say that you used abusive language or made a personal attack ? I only said that i have the right to agree or disagree with you without any personal attack or using abusive language. So first read properly and then argue.

I strongly disagree or i can say it's a complete misconception that being paired up was a carrer killer for them.

I neither agree nor believe in with the idea that that pairing up with different actors showcase versatality . If that were the case many actors from hiten-gauri age group wouldn't jobless today, where as hiten-gauri are still getting work together across every platform.

So , according to you hiten didn't get lead roles after kutumb and kyunki because fans always wanted to see him with gauri then how did hiten get those replacement characters ? Gauri wasn't in any of those shows either ?

If the makers were so afraid that fans wouldn't accept hiten and gauri paired with anyone else , they should have just cast them together .They would have high trps and positive response. What more do a ph and ch need ?

Futhermore , if the logic in Itv was truly that this actor doesn't suit this role or that role doesn't fit that actor based on the shows concept then replacements wouldn't exist in the first place .

By constantly reinventing themselves as a pair , hiten-gauri have repeatdly proven versatality as actors. Every project they have collaborated on both past and present , has involved a unique set of characters.

Gauri's debut show was noorjahan but she achieved a massive fame and become a household name alongside hiten in kutumb. After kutumb gauri starred in ngj intially gagan was cast opposite her , but they failed to create a hit pair then tarun replaced him but he also didn't click with gauri . Eventually makers decided to bring hiten into the show to revive the chemistry . However this decision came too late sony already decided to wind up the show. Even hiten would have performed much better than bhau in special squad and he has great chemistry with gauri wheresas bhau doesn't .

I am a fan but I don’t simply follow the herd that’s all. If that is something that is not acceptable then I don’t care. I don’t have to bend my beliefs to fit in.

The fact that Ansh and Tanya were clearly meant to be antagonists from day one meant that they wouldn’t be well received. That’s basic logic. It’s akin to saying Anupam and Mandira were never gonna be accepted with Mihir and Tulsi.

Hiten was replacing the male leads, that’s a fact that speaks for itself. Ekta couldn’t go on replacing Shweta or Ankita or someone else simply because the male lead was leaving the show for whatever reasons and get Gauri there. Noorjahan was relatively unknown compared to say a Chandrakanta or even Vikram Betaal.

And it's not about replacing shweta and ankita . The point is why did ekta take the risk of casting an actor while knowing full well that his famdom only loves to see him paired with one specific actress ?

Haha, you don't know how characters and TV work, lol...Even Komolika was a vamp, she was very well received. Ramola Sikand was also famous and popular...The fact that Ansh and Tanya were not received because they tried to create a rift between the most popular jodi Karan Nandini, which cannot be seen or comprehensible by insecured fans like you..The reason you gave itself why Ansh and Tanya were not well received proved my point as to why you are insecure, coz you will always be in a denial mode for the fact that karan nandini are the best and owing to their best chemistry then have been cast opp eachother in numerous shows and ads.....Go keep crying...
