One thing I have noticed as a society we are such hypocrites. Firstly we want men to be sensitive and emotionally vulnerable.

Yet when ITV portrays such men we deem them as losers. Ritik has been called this so many times on this forum alone, just because he cant handle business? Or he was in a verbally abusive relationship? Or he tried to end himself out of depression? Or a popular one because he married Munni when she was a collector and not a maid, even though this has been cleared multiple times. Like they say its easier to target the vulnerable ones.

Funny nobody is calling Mihir a loser for falling for Noina's tricks, living with her for 6 years, Karan for not just being honest with his wife on whatever his secret is, Gautam for blaming his family for losing Damini and Nakul cause he couldn't fulfill their financial demands. Angad for having so much business knowledge yet not accomplishing much in 6 years but when his dad handed him the factory he is all successful.

I first saw hiten-gauri in breeze ad , and i really liked them as a pair . When they appeared together in kutumb , i completely fell in love with their chemistry .My only wish back then was for them to become a real life couple and Alhamdulillah they did.

When it comes to on-screen pairings, i have such a deep connection with hiten-gauri that i can't bear them with anyone else .

Hiten-gauri known as srk-kajol of itv for their magnetic chemistry. It's very offencive to say that hiten-gauri were/are pacakge deal . They are paired together again again n again because of public demand .

I’ll be honest… and it might not be liked by everyone here but it is what it is.

Sometimes if you don’t have enough of something good you crave it but when you know when one shows up the other is bound to follow it ends up saturating the brand value as well as any excitement and surprises. Like Gauri did a show called Naam Gum Jaayega with some other actor and it ended, this was post Kutumb pre Kyunki and the show makers were different but they still got Hiten.

These two were compared to SRK Kajol and they did two very successful shows together, I understand they didn’t get paid like their Bollywood counterparts but this is also what likely was the reason why they accepted every gig offered to them. But it also limited their own scopes - now it was sorta considered a given that these two would be a package deal until Gauri took a sabbatical. I know Hiten has done other shows in big and small roles but I think the reliance to get Gauri in his projects or him in hers has not allowed either to branch out and form a successful pairing with anyone else, which would’ve elevated their careers individually too on a whole other level.

I think they’re good together but I think the decision to be a package deal has also hurt their careers a lot. ITV is as it is very boring, limited and has not evolved much, shows come and go every month somewhere. Hits are rare and misses are everywhere; in that space actors are also available in a quantity that is mind boggling but quality is not found in everyone. These two have quality but their own pairing has limited their opportunities.

Kitne actors aye gye but aj almost 20 yrs baad bhi audience hiten gauri padand karte hai...because of their chemistry...unke jodi se hi unke personal career growth...aj bhi as karan nandini unka craze hai ...aj bhi industry mein woh dhaat se tike hue a hai...toh inka wajh hai unke jodi ke liye audience ka pyaar...

Package deal nahi...audience ki emotion ke wajh se hi unke jodi itni hit hai...& hiten geuri khud iss baat ko mante hai...aur appreciate bhi karte hai...kyi baar interview mai bol chuke hai

Then why is he saying in his interview that they decided to end his track?all articles say only about gauri quitting.

Completely agree with you .

Hiten-gauri have such a powerful screen presence that fans simply refuse to see them with anyone else. It's because of this massive public demand that they contnue to be paired together even after all these years. True chemistry can't be forced it's either there or it's not.

Gauri herself admitted in her interviews that they have a unique and loyal jodi fandom. Which is why they still receive offers together even today. Hiten also mentioned that they are lucky to have a such a loyal fanbase that has wanted to see them together for all these years.
