In generation 4, this actually got "delayed"… after about 1 year (from the start of generation 4), Daksh [Ruhi’s child] appeared (even though both Ruhi and Abhira were pregnant, Abhira lost her baby and then that "drama" scene with Abhira’s child, {so I won’t use another word}, continued for about a month, until almost the end of 2024)… and only after about a year and a half, Maira entered the show, and a few months later (2–3 or maybe 4 months, I’m not exactly sure), Vani (now Mukti) also entered the show. But Daksh [the child of Ruhi and Rohit] left the show.

Most likely, this generation is meant to be similar to generation 2, because the "Poddar" family is the next main family after the "Goenka" family in YRKKH… The first main family was the "Singhania" family.

The "Birla" family was a secondary family, strictly for generation 3, which in generation 4 is shown to have "disappeared".

Manisha Goenka’s line, from her second episode in generation 4 of YRKKH: "Mother left us, Kairav and Muskan went to America to Akilesh (where his children are as well, so they can take care of them), and we 'cut all ties with the Birla family' after that incident…" (most likely when Abhimanyu left the Birla house and family in the penultimate episode of generation 3 and went after Akshara in Kasauli).
