Not true the show became popular right away, the viewers were nostalgic at its return it would have done fine.

Initial episodes were actually enjoyable with the gap in generational thinking and storylines, with Pari being spoiled, Ritik being sensitive and wanting to be a musician, Angad eloping with Vrinda. Tulsi and Mihir being the center of it all.

The old characters bring nostalgia but also the same storylines and grudges that were in season 1.

If there's no Smriti in episodes, I worry about trps.
