She’s a great fit for positive, bubbly characters—someone like Geet from Jab We Met, but without Kareena’s over-the-top energy. It’s also that Bollywood doesn’t really make films like that anymore.
That said, she has starred in many regional films, and quite a few of them have been successful too.
Some actors may do fewer films but still leave a lasting impression on the industry—Genelia is definitely one of them.
