You tagged me about the verses... well, they are not God-made but men-made... the Quran got changed throughout times to accomodate certain interests... to me, they have no value as they are against humanity and in favor of supremacy... words are tools like weapons.

How often have I to state that I don't believe in a n y religion because the good essence a religion may have gets distorted for selfish reasons... so one can throw at me whatever verses and I will say "so what" that isn't an excuse for doing bad things and be a bad person.

My belief is - here in the forum and elsewhere - what Rizwan's mother said to his autistic son in My Name Is Khan: "There are only two kinds of people in this world. Good people who do good deeds. And bad people who do bad. That’s the only difference in human beings."

To me, this is something every human being has in itself, the good and the bad... it's the choice one makes that makes the person.

If an (alleged or genuine) "Beginner" comes into the forum citing selected Quran verses combining it with "Sorry Muslims i will expose you all.", the hate shown is something bad in my mind, so the intention of this 'new' member is bad at this moment (joining a chorus of those who can't stop to 'prove' how bad Islamic extremism is by flooding the forum with respective tweets... gosh, we a l l know how bad it is... these rants change n o t h i n g... they are like mutual 'pats on the back' - imo).

However, I really like when members keep to the topic and show that it is n o t really about Islamic terrorism in this war... so many good (and fitting) thoughts smiley1

I wasn’t making stuff up. He speaks about the “largely peaceful majority” attending funerals of Islamic terrorists that apparently have no religion but do when it’s time for their funeral

He speaks nothing but the truth .."ideology" is the main problem , as being said all along ..

You were asking for the reason or root cause of extremism in some post earlier hence i tagged u to let you know the root cause. You may not believe in them but the extremists do and they are the ones that matter not you.

As for posting the verses, i don't think it's spreading hate. It's about spreading awareness. Better be aware than to fall prey to false propaganda of being peaceful and the fake claims of victimhood.

No one wants to prove anything to you cos your bias is clear as daylight. The only reason you are being tagged, i think, is because you have been disregarding other people's genuine concerns about Islamic extremism and instead calling them out. What you call rants are actually the dark reality that many people are still unaware of but do need to know for survival.

Digression from the topic does happens as one thing leads to another and everyone (sparing two or three) in this thread has done that including you - remember Your Hindutva post. That just appeared out of nowhere probably to counter the Islamic extremism posts that were being made...

Goodbye 👋

Apparently just quoting the sacred verses is termed spreading hate by some. Don't know why 🤷

Btw u left an interesting one that comes right after the famous verse -killing one person is like killing all humanity. Verse 5:33 comes just after that verse and look what it says. 👇

Verse 5:33

Sahih International

Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive upon earth [to cause] corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world; and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment.

Yusuf Ali

The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger, and strive with might and main for mischief through the land is: execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides, or exile from the land: that is their disgrace in this world, and a heavy punishment is theirs in the Hereafter;

Now the question arises does not believing in Allah and prophet Mohammad qualify as mischief and corruption? I think it does. Still think it's peaceful? I don't! smiley23

Okay... Enough on this topic. I'll stop here.

It would be such a good reason when t h e s e kind of killings were the true reason for (not only) this war:
