managed to catch up with the last 2 episodes which i missed

Mahid not trusting Seher is annoying though I kinda get his confusion but he should use his mind better. his mind says seher is at fault but his heart say she isnt so he went to the Masjid to seek for answers.

That Dr Fareed and Mahid scene in the Masjid i really liked it, i would prefer such convo over the stupid family drama of Mahid’s fupijaan and chachajaan.

However in this epi it seems Fupijaan does care for Mahid, and she started to see Seher wasn’t the one at fault though she hates Seher. cmon if Fupijaan can see it why not mahid?!! This epi is giving hint not now but eventually Fupijaan will start liking and be on Seher’s side too. And probably after the leap they will show Fupijaan realizing what a crazy maniac Nazima is and how Seher was much better for Mahid.

I still feel Mahid is not fully convinced that Seher is the one behind all this and he is still looking for answers.

I haven't watched today's episode but Phufi needs to move to our side faster. I agree I don't think he is fully convinced. He is very conflicted, head vs heart for sure.

Agreed about the Dr. Fareed scenes. I hope he becomes the link that reunited Maher.

March 17th episode

I have never liked Phufi more than in this episode. I happy to see she really loves Mahid, now if she can only notice how Seher makes Mahid happy. We will be all good.

Glad she is on to Wasim and his tricks, I doubt he will back down but at least he will have someone in his corner once Seher leaves.

The separation is going to make us miss their total chaotic moments. It's like they both can't decide if they are hate the other or just annoyed and upset with the other. lol

I have a wild thought... hear me out. What if we don't get a leap in the traditional sense. The story jumps forward to the Seher's medical school graduation and the story so far has been a flashback. It could be Maher reliving their story as she achieves her dream with his support. We can still get the angst in flashback but we know the future is bright. Welcome to my wacky brain. lol

I know most MaHer fans dont like Kausar, but Kausar is actually my fav in this show. Hear me out why?! Kausar is doing everything she can so that her daughter fulfills her dream to be a doctor and be a self-independent woman. Kausar suffered a lot cause she didnt have a proper education hence no proper career and dependent on her abusive husband. She clearly doesnt want the same happen to Seher and she doesnt even know Mahid well. Even if she did know Mahid is a good person, her concerns are still justified. I wish more moms were like Kausar.

This is so true in many cases when women get married they forget about their career and aspirations and I really dont want this show to take this route. Just saw the precap (not the epi yet) and I am very disappointed.

Honestly like Kausar I really dont like the fact Seher is compromising her dreams. Looks like her ambition now is to please Mahid and be a dutiful wife to him instead of being a doctor. Cant we have a drama for once where the FL cares about her career why cant we have Seher still being passionate about being a doctor and also being a good wife to Mahid?!

The precap better be Kausar’s dream.

I am glad that the marriage is going to be broken very soon. Now both will understand why they need each other or do they like or not. As whatever crap was going on with bacchi biwi and her kitchen politics was just 🤮🤮.

Glad that fupi understands apna and parya. It seems like Mahid is her own brother's son , the only real family she has here than her dad. So when she will see Seher is not here to compete with her power over Mahid she might turn normal. I am not expecting her to be angel. I am damn sure she is behind Gazala's murder/ suicide. Most probably disturbed Gazala like hell.

New promo looks promising. Both Mahid and Seher misses each other. I hope Kawsar also get some education.

In Islam even if a man divorced his woman (under 3 divorces). he is forbidden to throw his woman out of her home. Unless she committed adultery.

Mehid as mufti should know this. But what surprise me . until now he thrown her twice in less than 5 episodes.

Today he could have told her simply: I was annoyed by your behavior 😒. So, I helped you to go to your exam this way. Now go.

I think the promo is about her and her mother speaking after she took the exam.

March 18th episode.

I'm not honestly sure what show I watched today. The last few episodes have felt very wishy washy and disconnected. There have some good scenes but overall for the story it feels disconnected.

We got to see one scene from the leap promo so we are progressing. Mahid and Seher are more kindred spirits then they realize. Her being his sympathizer (humdard) is what has kept her by his side. I fully agree with Seher that her mother nor Mahid understand her. She is stuck unwillingly. If you look at India where she is raised; culture, customs and religion play such a big part in how we are raised especially girls. We hold everyone's hopes and ambitions on our shoulders.

I feel for Seher; she doesn't want to sacrifice her dreams but she also doesn't want to break the promise she made to Mahid. No matter what she chooses she will loose sadly.

I hope the precap is a fake out and she did take her exam. I'm gonna hold off on Kausar's reaction till after I watch the episode because this reaction is starting to become a pattern.

Yes she did take her exam but finished it early. Wish Mahid realizes she is his only true ally and well-wisher instead of doubting her and getting influenced by the others all the time.

March 19th Episode

Firstly, thank god she took her and finished her exams. Phew!

Secondly, why is the tone of every episode on the opposite side this week? One episode their nok jhok, next utter dislike and hate then back to nok jhok. It's giving me whiplash.

Don't get me wrong I love their constant annoyance and irritation of each other that hides the care. Interesting how mom's pen didn't work and Mahid's came in handy at the last minute. It draws an theory, she is there from the start but in the end always fails her (like all of mom's plans) and he is there unknowingly, quietly ready to help.

I wish they would defend the other with the adults in their respective lives but alas not.

I know people like Kausar but the final conversation she had with Seher is starting to form a pattern. I'm not sure if she trusts her own daughter. I get she is worried for her 16 year old but 16 years old almost adults if not else shouldn't you at least trust the child you raised? I even get her not trusting the Niyazi's and Mahid but why not Seher? I believe this is the 3rd time she has reacted this way when Seher has done something she didn't approve of, she discards her. I don't need you, turns her back instead of actually listening. I do NOT love this quality of hers.

Precap is interesting. Happy to see Chachajaan again. lol Mahid is wearing white, the last time he wore that was their first meeting. Is wearing it for their last meeting or am I overthinking it? LOL
