population control bill and UCC are urgently required but it might cost them some votes so instead of those they bring UGC to tap votes they lost in last election.
Ayushman card should be banned for families of more than 4 (not counting grandparents). So each family has max of 2 kids. They can even have a cutoff. That imposes that limit on larger families going forward and a pass on current for family size. However minimum 6 makes no sense.

Hindus fear that if population control bill happens only Hindus will follow it and the situation will worsen.. In fact every Hindu influencer or leader I hear, suggests Hindus to have more children.. I don't know if this is possible as I have seen no country so far been able to reverse the declining population ... Forget population control, I have seen criticism of even anti conversion law from the Hindu side as those trying to reconvert population back into Hinduism face problems...
