Right, that to for someone else's obsession you cannot ignore your family, for that matter Tulsi has no right to tell Mihir marry Noina.

Tulsi will not be called Tyag ki Murti anymore, if her priorities and commitments are not towards her family.

Definitely, it's a sochi samjhi chaal. She was not happy hearing Rithik marrying Munni, so she is not guilty about anything, infact all three vamps are same.
