No one until it affects them ..except for India and Afghanistan, no one is affected by pakis and tulsi was always anti pakistan calling out its terrorism..but here the talk is about nuclear weapons ..when already issues are going on with Iran and americans are particularly displeased with this war dint expect her to make similar statement for china and Pakistan ..
