Varun or Kuldeep?

Just like the No.1 T20I batter, the No.1 T20I bowler is having a tough time. And to think that India have got this far without both playing consistent cricket is commendable. Coming back to this contest, Varun doesn't have good matchups against any of the NZ batters in the game. On the flip side, Kuldeep has a great matchup against Phillips and will be an excellent option to counter left-handers as well. It will be a harsh call on Varun if they do decide to leave him out. Maybe the management will back him to come good one more time.
