We forgot the very core of our culture and value system in order to prove modern, open minded, secular, intellect, self sufficient, individual and watching crap like Ekta storiesšŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚.

And our education system is to be blamed for this, earlier Gurukul system taught both vidya and buddhi, not degree certificates sitting in an air-conditioning rooms. Gurukul taught both physical and mental stability imparting wisdom, harmony among human beings, animals and be as part of nature hand in hand, not to destroy for our own selfish motives. That is why indians worshipped river, mountain, tree, animals etc way to show gratitude.

We have to look backwards and learn a lot, rediscover our ownself and try to find the answers for coexistence, which definitely is missing among human beings.

Sorry, off topic..

Don’t be sorry. This is exactly what happened and needs to be fixed.

We forgot our own history, knowledge, ethos, values, civilisational traditions which promoted diversity in every sphere of life. We don’t even believe in divine power being singular though we know it’s only one - but we believe it manifests itself in various forms for our sakes, so we can all access it in our own ways. We can all call even the same form with over a 1000 names and no one can tell you it’s wrong or improper. Call him Shiv or Mahadev, Bholebaba or Shankar no one will tell you that you can’t address him as such. Worship him as a yogi in his Sadhana or as Nataraj, dancing away merrily as he creates and destroys galaxies in the cosmos he created, perform Sadhanas of him as a Shamshan Vaasi to attain Moksha or see him as the ultimate divine lover who would wait for eternity to reunite with his Shakti as she too would take numerous rebirths just to get back with him again. He is all of these and more and no one will say how is that possible if they understand… if they don’t no amount of explaining will make a difference.

Fortunately, we are waking up to the fact that we lost out on so much by trying to be who we were not and maybe we would recover some of what we lost.

Not to sound defensive but I think it’s a bit too simplistic to say that she was the one who stole her friend’s husband. The guy was a family friend, literally in his 40s when they got married and she was in her early to mid twenties. The families knew each other quite well and hence she stayed at their home when she came to Mumbai looking for work.

If this were all 20 somethings people, she could be easily blamed for her friend’s marriage breaking up and being a home wrecker. But the man she married knew her since she was likely a child or at least a teenager. He’s got at least 15 years on her.

So why would we assume that she was the one who broke the marriage and not that she got groomed by a man who was trusted by her family enough to keep her safe. How do we presume that a 20 something girl would be a home wrecker but absolve the man who would cheat on his wife with someone half their age and more importantly someone they have known since she was much younger.

I think it’s easy to blame women but men owe accountability to their wives too. Even if she was a rotten person who tried to seduce him, why did he cheat? That’s on him entirely. If she was the seducer, why did he get seduced?

If she is evil then she should have been exposed or will be exposed, truth comes out someday somehow after all. It came out for Rupali Ganguly and she’s not even an active politician but simply a TV actress who joined a political party. Smriti’s a two time cabinet minister and if such dirty laundry existed on her, our media would have made sure it was out there especially when BJP wasn’t even in power and particularly when she was up against Rahul Gandhi in Amethi. Congress can get its people to strip at a global AI summit in Delhi to put a blotch on an event that’s going to impact our country positively, they would have never spared Smriti for this and hit her below the belt. The fact that even they never went there nor his ex wife and daughter ever say anything against Smriti has to mean something.

She’s been in BJP since the early 2000s while she was still playing Tulsi; she’s completed 2 decades in politics and TV industry; on her way to completing the third in a couple of years. This was too big a thing to stay hidden and buried for so long. So I think we shouldn’t character assassinate someone just because. If she’s wrong, she will be exposed someday… no matter how good she’s at keeping the lid on her dirty laundry. But let’s not field accusations against someone until we have more evidence of her guilt than mere assumptions based on some facts.

Well i disagree partially. As you said its ghol Kaliyug and all narratives are PR based its easy to not focus on that. Ofcourse Smriti and Rupali both are home wreckers and they have their own strong PR. This cheating things isn't highlighted because its becoming more common now.

Even Shridevi did same and she still sucessful and worshiped as acting god this is how today's things works but still this not make Shridevi, Smriti or Rupali saint atleast in my eyes and even husband owned mire accountability that doesn't make these ladies good may be these ladies had to less care compared to husband but atleast they should care. Smriti and Shridevi littrelly cheated to women who give shelter to them. Even lets guess These cheaters men wives have nothing do do with these ladies but why these ladies themselves don't have morals to not break married men's house for own benifits?

I am hardcore feminist but i do believe when two people are in extra marital affair both have equal fault an accountability. Just one is being relative and another is not cannot be excuse.

Both are bad person both husband and another lady should punished.

You know its easy to say that just husband have fault but think once, if you comes to know your husband cheating to you with your best friend, you will only curse or blaming husband only and not going to say anything to your friends...no you will be angry on both with same intensity and even that lady is not your friends you still will be mad on her and you should be.

Its just example nit targeting you personally.
