The fact that Vikrant can believe that Bunty can make such a big allegation against UV just to get back at him but not the fact that UV is capable something so sinister to get back at Dua for being the face of daawat-e-chef is again his bias. If he can give benefit of doubt to UV, then why not to Bunty as well without dismissing it as a childish make believe by a kid!

Never defended Vik shiro, he is definitely wrong..... And you are right in your previous post regarding vik's grudge against mannat and mannat's maturity in not to do anything because of grudge...and you are right when you said Vik and mannat's mistakes can't be equated neither preleap/postleap...vik is definitely more in the wrong..... but my point was in pointing out how sometimes mannat too is wrong in dealing with such dire situations...

And as I mentioned in my reply to moor too... she not only stood up for bunty but bought in indore scenario to justify bunty's claims and blame yuvi

It's okay if you have different pov, I was just trying to put my pov that mannat too is wrong sometimes to just act on instincts without proofs and expect blind trust.. Peace outsmiley31

No harm in defending Vik yaar! I’m just sharing my thoughts as to why I feel I am unable to defend him anymore! I believe there are instances where Mannat could’ve reacted differently, like deciding to stay back despite knowing it’ll put dua in harm’s way or lying about Dua’s paternity even to some extent but this wasn’t one!

But again happy agree to disagree!

She did not directly accuse Yuvi. She has already seen how he behaved with both children in Indore, he literally pushed Bunty onto the road, and if Dua had not stepped in to save him, Bunty could have been hit by a car. Even after that incident, Yuvi showed no remorse. Mannat witnessed all of this, yet she did not shout at Yuvi. Instead she calmly told Vik that Bunty does not lie. If a child is capable of pushing someone onto the road without guilt, then planting a firecracker is not a big step for him especially considering the kind of guidance he is getting from the vamp clan. Mannat simply stated the facts, she did not attack Yuvi. Moreover, she has more reason to trust Bunty because we have seen multiple instances where he has openly called out his own mother’s wrongdoings in public. That strengthens her belief that Bunty is telling the truth.

And yes it's vik's responsibility to investigate... But the burden of proof lies on the person who put allegations... So it's mannat's responsibility too, to know other side and investigate before doubting and putting such big blame on child and she did put blame on yuvi....she not only stood up for bunty in front of Vik, she bought indore example to justify bunty's claims and blame yuvi for scenario.....again saying the same thing that seeing yuvi's behavior in indore and having trust on bunty ..mannat is not wrong in feeling yuvi could have done it, but that instinct shouldn't be enough to blame someone, without knowing their side..

If we point out Vik for his mistakes what's wrong to point out mannat's mistake... Should we really think that mannat is not wrong in blaming a kid with such big thing in front of everyone without seeking explanation from him..?

Bold... does this hold true for pre leap too?

Against popular option I give him Brownie points for making Vikrant believe DhaiMan are a couple. Serves Vikrant right for using Malla pre leap and now Yashika to make Mannat jealous. I’m glad he gets to taste his own medicine!

a woman in a blue dress is asking why should boys have all the fun

And I do agree on both points...

Mannat has a strong support system unlike Sai 😍

And taste of medicine... well ... Vik hasnt learned has he??? 😝

You know I would have defended Vik today!!!!!

How calm he was in dealing with the situation...

How he at least bothered to listen to both sides unlike his Indore behaviour where he went on with his preconceived notions!!!!

How he made sure Vish apologizes to Bunty and even accepted that he was wrong in the first place...

How he stopped himself the moment he blurted out the SABOOT (since he didnt have saboot that Yuvi didnt do it or that Bunty was lying)

How he stopped Malla from meddling and wanted to listen to Yuvi (unlike Indore where he defended Yuvi without any cross checking and blamed Dua)

These points would have been Vikrants defense you know.... not comparing him with Mannat.

I can defend Vikrant too... but I just dont feel the compulsion to do so everyday and for everything.

Got you guys and your pov daman...but if you see clearly mannat not only stood up for bunty but she actually bought in indore scenario to indicate yuvi could have actually done what bunty claimed... considering yuvi's behavior in indore and her trust on bunty ....there is nothing wrong in having a instinct... but that shouldn't be enough for her to indicate that yuvi could have done it without even letting yuvi to explain himself....she should have heard what yuvi has to say and then said what ever she said to Vik... And yes Vik is responsible for investigation being judge of competition but mannat too is responsible to investigate before indicating someone is involved in the fiasco..i just felt she was wrong in indicating yuvi could have done it as bunty claimed and put such big blame on a child that too in front of so many people without giving enough chance to yuvi to explain himself..

Understood you moor... But you misunderstood me, I am not defending vik.... I am just pointing out where mannat went wrong today... saying mannat is wrong doesn't mean Vik is right... Both can be wrong, na?

I understood you, you don't feel mannat is wrong today.... but from my pov both were wrong today .....Vik not investigating before outright claiming bunty is lying, mannat not even listening to yuvi's version before indicating to Vik that yuvi could have done it.. both were wrong, I felt..

Guess you didnt read my update today smiley39

Maine aaj hi likha hai that I didnt like Mannat staying back even though there is a legit threat to Dua. (As per precap).

I dont defend Mannat blindly. Jo nahi acchha laga vo bhi likh diya.

I did not find Mannat wrong in supporting Bunty and I did not perceive it as her blaming Yuvi. Thats where you and me dont match.

That said... the point of my Vik defense post was... that we all crib about Viks writing. But we should appreciate it when it is done right.

The points that I mentioned are Viks growth... compared to his Indore behaviour.... miniscule hi sahi, its a positive thing.... and it has happened on its own... without anyone pushing him or asking him to rethink.

After a long time, Vik has behaved in a way the audience wants him.... we can appreciate that cant we... rather than comparing him with Mannat for once????
