It’s quite similar to Something in the Rain, maybe because both were made by the same production house or have the same director — there’s some kind of connection like that.

I think around the 9th or 10th episode she finally takes a stand, and it has a happy ending.

I actually watched the drama by mistake because I really liked the very first pharmacy scene. At that time, I didn’t recognize that the hero was Jung Hae-in.

This was the first drama of his that I watched, and the conversation in the pharmacy in the first episode felt really nice to me — the one where the heroine asks for hangover medicine but doesn’t have any money because she forgot her wallet somewhere.

I also really liked the heroine’s acting, so I ended up watching the whole drama. It has a happy ending, and because of the acting I liked it a lot.

There is a child artist too — he is very cute.

Yeah another reason I dropped it bec I dropped something in the rain too as both were quite similar ..indecisive female lead ..

I liked the ml in both but he couldn't do it for me as fls disappointed ..kdramas r just 16 epis ..out of 16 if they dilly dally for 12-13 what's left in the story ..so ..its didnt click with me ..the songs in both the shows we're really good ..

Completed FlourishedPeony - a painfully beautiful masterpiece..from richest to poorest slave, writer wrote every women character beautifully..more than female lead i was heavily moved by mute slave girl and shengyi story .. the hardships all these women faced my god was heart breaking.. a painful yet rememberable one time watch for me ..

Have you watch s2 of FP ? I am at episode 5 and constant plotting and planning and killing is exhausting..does it get better ?

Flourished Peony is better than In The Name Of Blossom! ITNOB is more focused on corruption, Zi Shu & Li You Zhen's story, some misunderstandings between the leads etc! But overall, combining 2 seasons, it's a good watch!

Seriously leads are coming off as extremely stupid to me.. repeatedly they are falling into traps of county princess..fire at garden could have been easily averted if she had her guards up ..repeated storyline of mu dan being approached by her ex -> county princess attacking mu dan -> again approached by ex-> again attacked by CP..it is exhausting..

Idk if I should call County Princess a hopeless romantic or if she switched her brain off after falling in love. Either way her character came out as one of the stupidest one. Towards the end I couldn't even feel bad for her.

ITNOB was just repeating the events over and over again this drama got chopped into 2 when the new law (no drama will exceed 40 eps) was made. Maybe if it had been allowed to air as one drama the flow would have been better.

Both she and her nibba husband are such useless characters..but she is too worse amongst them both - she literally burnt her first husband lol..but yeah same rinse repeat story in S2 ..
