Shalini confuses me alot, but if she is indeed a spy, than she is better at her job than Shiv of hiding herself.

As usual I have a lot to say, but I am thinking of making a separate post on Shivprasad, not to defend him, but you know I am loving how makers are being so realistic about his character. I was annoyed with his "I told you so" attitude yesterday, but you know something, it's not him! After watching his conversation Chintu, I realize makers have done really good job in writing his performance but they are unable to convey this clearly that he finds role playing difficult. He just wants his family to be happy, and leave rest of the worries on him; but he doesn't not get hang of those feelings because he has not really been there.

Now coming to that mini - pointless love at first sight comment I am never huge fan of Love at First Sight troupe unless they are well-executed. Sorry, it takes me back to Pakhi Didi era No offense to anyone. But Love at First Sight should be accompanied by deeper connection, and built better than just Oh I saw you, I heard you sing, you gave me a rose and I am in love with you so deeply that I will leave my wealthy family for you - that's stupidity, and sheer luck if it worked. Hence, I NEED the better back story to really connect the love story in real sense. One thing additional to these troupes is definitely trust issue, and probably constant self-doubting trips - "Did I make the right decision?" And we can often see Shalini blabbing about her wealthy background and Shiv's middle class background (including yesterday, I let that slide because it had lot more things happening, plus Shiv's comment.)

That's one reason, my liking for his Parshuram role is little stronger than cute family sequences - Not saying those aren't good, trust me I love pairing, but their dynamics sometimes look unbalanced. Chintu seems to love his Paa only for his hero image, Pihu is the best, Shalini - Great Mother, citizen, and ok wife. So, I need more time to know them better.

Sheetal, how long is this woman going to torture us? Please someone tell me that her role is as short as cameo in normal soaps. Why does she keep talking some random crap about people.

Also, @AninditaB, do they show their past in original? I don't know how long and what additional set would they have needed to just show 30-second scene rather than just that audio clip. There has been many love at first sight stories that I have truly enjoyed but those ones really go beyond eyelocks and blushing people, had meaningful conversations, and slowly grown into a phase of understanding. I hope that was the case for Shivprasad and Shalini.

Unfortunately there's no past story or flashback at Bengali one so we all are requesting the channel and ph for a flashback of events of their wedding in Insta and SP. Me and my friend who watches Parshuram were discussing what if Shalu was already pregnant during their wedding 🤣🤣 because Pihu looks like a big girl and them quite young to be parents of a big girl. And even Chintu looks like of same age as Pihu 🤣🤣.

Hopefully makers actually give us a good flashback of their love story if possible

Shalini is easy to handle. She needs some love from her husband and melts like a poodle . May be she wasn't that much loved by her father or was too much loved that now also she needs pampering from her husband and children

Chintya and paa's understanding of their little secret and Shiv's advice to him about being a good human first was endearing and realistic 😍💯. Pihu and Chintu packing their pa's clothes, bag and chatri to go to Nana's place! I wish they actually did that once. All four of them show up on Malhar's front door and surprise him with the chatri. Wonder how many twists his face would turn on seeing Shiv coming for a sleepover with his family and the chatri. Shiv called them rakshas today

Shiv did manao Shalini by saying there is pyaar lacking in her parents' home, aww.. he knows exactly what to say and melt her into his arms😍💯. Mein mayke chali jaungi to mein tumse katti hun . Those family moments were so cute 🥰.

Sheetal, the smoker reveals a little bit about the first time Shiv met Shalini. So she sings and dances well, that's how they met and fell in love 💕. She is about to reveal the name of Parshuram who arrested Kabir.

Precap: so Shalini knows that taklu guy.. sorry forgot his name🫪.. interesting! Shalini is or was involved in some activities with the guy and the smoker then🤔🧐

Taklu guy's name is Babbar..who's Sheetal's accomplice.. their connection will be revealed later.. bass itna samajhlo..that boat.. Shalini being wet that day has some connections.

Today's episode gave insights into two things.

1. Shiv is not prepared to handle this much crisis in his family life. Till now everything was happening smoothly, but now he will have to handle things differently. Andy's statement sometime back that Shiv will also see the growth might happen. See whatever he pretends to show at home with regards to handling crisis is a showoff. Now this same attitude during crisis situation is making Shalini exteremely irritated, as expected. So I think he will learn to handle it in better way...

2. Shiv got so mad listening to how the goons behaved with Shalini and the kids, which is his natural reaction. However, he tried to normalize the situation so not to subject his kids to trauma of the events. Irrespective of how he handled the situation, his intention seems to erase the efffect of bad events in their minds. I dint like yesterday when in the precap, he comes home with vetetables casually. But today it did make sense. Shalini wants him get agitated and angry, validate her emotions. While Shiv did undestand what she went through and got enraged as well, all he could have done at that moment is to replace the trauma with some laughs.

Overall a nice episode. I am loving shambhavi to the core. To me, her emotions are not at all looking OTT. The way she felt disgusted at another man touching her, and being forced to take back FIR, she emoted so well!

PS: Shalini's family uses "Shut up" as a common abuse word looks like.

Yes. Once the tracks goes further, he'll be prepared to deal with the consequences and circumstances as a common man itself..which will again play a key role for the main villain (not Sheetal) to connect dots but he'll fail again and again. At a point, Shalini would be proud that her husband came a long way to save her reputation and children.

Today's episode was cute specially because there wasn't a single scene with Dixits. Loved the scene where the kids were packing Shiv's bags to go to their Nana's house. Looks like Shalini has some connection with Babbar and Sheetal.

OMG! That would be hilarious, but unfortunately we may never really know. In a way that's good too, as we can go by any assumption we want; but visuals add lot of values. Lol, we have been using AI alot, want to attempt dance, rose, and singing? I tried it for Rainy Day too!

Oh, so I hope in Hindi version they do give some better background story.

I am finding Shiv's character very intriguing now. I am making a post on it. Give me sometime. But you know it's the case of not being able to play real roles along the line of hidden strength.
