Gosh it made me emotional... some good writing in bits.... including DKs dialogues...

Kidult... I had been mulling over our discussions yesterday about Vikrants identity crisis... didnt knew it would happen in todays episode.. ... lets continue in another thread.

Vik finally sees the poster and realizes this is how he can help Neetu without breaking a promise to Vish... so kal ka episode and all the nastiness was pointless

Doc says he can reduce the cost since he wont take his fees but they still need to arrange 20 Lakhs for treatment.

Vik arrives and says I will pay. Ro feels happy that probably Vik realised his mistake but Viks condition to send Dua for competition once again upsets everyone especially Mannat.

Ro is disappointed. I am very glad he is not at all pressurizing Mannat to bow down to Viks demands.

Mannat and Vik have another round of confrontation where Mannat questions his ethics, morals and his ego... felt genuinely sad for both of them... Vik is pretending to be ruthless where deep down he wants to help Neetu and Mannat is terribly upset that Vik is not at all the person she knew and she loved.

Eventually Dua arrives and accepts the offer... calls him Khadoos Saluja and puts same questions as Mannat. Vik/Adnan was wonderful in showing he has also disappointed a child.

DK Bhaisaab arrives and tells Mannat they have a bond with each other thats unbreakable... gair cannot break it... he basically pushes and guilts Mannat into accepting Viks offer, for Neetu's sake. Reverse psychology to what Vik is doing. Calms her by saying that nobody can break their family as long as he is alive. DK to gaya jaldi

Vik is visibly upset seeing that familial bond.

DK then throws a bouncer at Vik... he explains to Mannat, taunts to Vik that it is Salujas who have bestowed the wealth on Aman Kumar. Vikrant/Aman is basically just returning the favour. It is Ronnie and Neetu ka money which is going to be used. Mannat still doesnt want to do sauda of Dua.

Ronnie breaks down and DK once again pushes Mannat to accept the offer... Mannat finally relents. Vik is standing behind... relieved.

He then tells a surprised Mannat that she took a right decision. Taunts her again for her dhokebaazi ki habit and asks her to come to SM to sign the contracts.

Vik then pays a secret visit to Neetu.

Precap is Vik meeting Neetu and telling he will do everything in his power to get her cured. If not as Vikrant, then as Aman. ... Mannat arrives and sees him.

P.S. Akki has arranged fake parents for Y. The mom actor is Ehsaans mom from Katha... Priyamvada. This suggests she is here for long haul.

The episode was good. I'm happy to see them acknowledging Vikrant's identity crisis. Do you all feel one of the reasons why Vikrant doesnt like to be called Aman Kumar because he remembers the destruction he caused after knowing his real name pre leap? We all say it was like split personality on the wedding day. All that ruthlessness, destruction, pathetic words, it was all Aman Kumar and not exactly Vikrant Saluja. Somewhere I feel even he also feels the same that whatever that happened it was when Aman Kumar took over him, so he doesnt wanna acknowledge his that personality and acts like he didnt do any of that stuff because he is now Vikrant Saluja?

I'm glad Dk is there to taunt or give reality checks to Vikrant. He himself aint saint but he is a better candidate to remind Vikrant some of the harsh truths which he wants to gloss over, as he is his estranged brother and somewhat a rival.

I just hope in similar way writers one day accept our Vikrant bankrupt track as now they wanna make him Aman Kumar. So show us a track where he gets to live middle class life of Aman Kumar and he will realise some harsh reality facts and he will be humbled a little.

I actually liked the episode, drama built up well. Looking at the promo, it is clear ghoom phir ke, they had to bring Mannat into SM, and they had to bring ARS vs Mannat. Because ARS is the reason for all this chaos in the first place. Her obsession with destroying Mannat pre leap has led to this situation. What was the option though, remaining in jail for the rest of her life?!!

• Doc says there's no time for Neetu, & they need to arrange for at least 20 lakhs for them to start the surgery or neetu will die.
• So here, i was confused, & so were the writers?? They wanted to show Vikrant as so mercenary that he came only for Dua, & to find out about Neetu yesterday? Why? From one episode to the next, why this pathetic writing. Anyway he is pretending today to be nasty, why that scene showing him confused?? And having his Eureka moment after seeing the poster. I am going to ignore it, & move on.
• He offers to pay for the surgery in return for Dua's participation. Everyone is Shocked. Mannat still refuses, and they have a face off. Poor Vik, listens quietly to whatever she has to say about not being able to save Shruti. Dua hears and agrees to participate, calling him khadoos Saluja. I wish so wish, whenever they have that competition, these two build up a bond, high time.
• here is where i have no words to explain away DK's dialogues. (Sorry, Cool, moor). There is no explanation for the dialogues he said to Mannat; when he saw Vik crying and praying in the morning. And today, his dialogues were off kilter; he referred to not breaking up this family, and that he would protect them! He also said that Neetu's life was important.
• Mannat's justification was at least logical; that she couldn't make Dua participate for money. DK says this is Aman Kumar paying back his debt to the Salujas. Vik was shattered.
• I do not understand what Vik wants. Nothing I guess? At face value, he only wants Neetu to recover.
• Precap: Vik tells Neetu that he will not let anything happen to her. What about the Mother promise he made to Vish?? I do not think Mannat will see him. She can't know his state of mind now, its too early. Her face when he agreed to pay, she is waiting to find her Vikrant in him.

And oh, I fast forwarded Yashika finding fake parents. the actress is a known face so this will not be a short stint. But I managed to see one part, the fake mom shows the saree she has brought along to wear; and it is Vishakha's lucky saree; the one ARS made her throw away. . Hopefully, ARS's sade saati is beginning now. She is making a lot of mistakes. She should concentrate on her dumb daughter, and dumber Vish.
