If there's one character I cant' stand around Vikrant, it is Mallika. She had trapped him in a one night stand, lied to him, tried to kill him twice while being married to him, and now is carrying the biggest coup of her life with yuvi.

And today he tells her she cannot leave SM because of Yuvi!

On other tangential news, i noticed MAnnat has not changed probably because the Mumbai ghar has not been finalised off screen. Where will she change etc?

You and I thought (ii) Vik knows it’s his baby and you gave above convo but Daman and others thought i) that Vik believed it was DK’s baby. But then the dream and Mannat’s fear didn’t make sense, Vik had rejected the baby as not his so why would he want to snatch Dua ? And if he believed it was DK’s , why ask whose daughter?

Post leap Vik’s had several confrontations with Mannat and heard Dua call DK Baba often, seen the 3 together as a family…..but Vik has never questioned or corrected that Dua is his daughter not DKs. So surely that implies Vikrant believes Dua is DK’s daughter. And Mannat’s fear is Vikrant knowing the truth, that Dua is his daughter not DKs and will want to snatch her back. That’s what Neetu wants to tell Vik and Mannat/DK/Ronnie won’t let her.

If Vik believed it was his own baby and already disowned pre leap, why would he have a sudden change of heart and want to snatch Dua back now?

Exactly from Vikrant's perspective he thinks Mannat moved on which is accurate per what he is seeing, and so he doesn't say anything about Dua. He only mentions about stealing my wife in the car if you recollect.

From Mannat's perspective, the dialogues don't make sense to me at all about Dua. Recollect she was trying to send the recording to Vikrant before she finds Shurti, and even in the funeral Malla just says Vikrant doesn't want you or the baby to claim stake on the property. Infact at the funeral Vikrant and Mannat were broken and they didn't discuss anything else, also why would Mannat wait for Vikrant in funeral if there was a confrontation about it's not his baby . So where did this Vikrant shouldn't know about Dua came in from. Infact watch her scene with Ronnie, she clearly tells Dua shouldn't find out about Vikrant so talk to Neetu, then to Neetu she says Vikrant shouldn't find out about Dua

Either they have forgotten what they wrote, or they don't know how to stretch so they are adding random dialogues.

But it's clear to Vik that Neetu is critical... from his hospital visit.

Vishakha told him not to help Neetu... not monetarily nor visit... so if Mannat doesnt get money Neetu will die anyway.... atleast that much is clear to Vik I suppose... but you never know with his dumb brain

I feel Mannat believes Vik thinks Dua is DKs daughter. In post leap situation...

This is what he said to her post leap after the ice Gola fiasco...

That you moved on 7 years ago and have a 6 year old daughter. Vik doesnt have a bond with Dua after seeing Mannat DK and Dua together... he gets upset and irritated the moment he hears Dua calling DK baba... so he has no idea or even thought that Dua could be his.

Coming to the dream... which was prior to Viks visit... I feel thats Mannat deep seated fear and her guilt at hiding the truth from Dua. She knows she is doing something wrong... and Vik may snatch Dua from her... either as revenge or as his right... she wont be able to tolerate that... since going by the current scenario of half truths... Vik has rejected her and her child, CAed her and did not marry her.

In that context, the dream makes sense... because in the dream the first thing Vik says is if she is your daughter then she is my daughter too... and only when DK comes along does Vik bursts on her that you lied again and so I am taking her along.

Post leap when its clear to Mannat that he doesnt know... she wants to hide the truth due to her trauma and in fear of his angry obnoxious behaviour where he wont let her meet Dua ever.

On a positive spin and going by the current events in the show, I strongly feel Mannat will be the one to reveal the truth about Dua to Vik.
