Dasun Shanaka | Sri Lanka captain - It's very hard to replace someone like Wanindu because he is a champion bowler. But of course - Dushan Hemantha - so he's been in the side for a while. In the absence of Wanindu, he played a few games here and there. So the confidence is there, but you know, straightaway coming to the game, it will be a bit harder. I'm sure that he will come good in the next game. The confidence with the batting especially. So I mean, that's one batting lead, you're not taking a hit. So it was a concern in the recent past, so I'm really happy about the way Kusal Mendis went on in the last two games. So probably that should be the role that he must do in the next game as well. And each batter chipping on at the right time is important as well.

Jitender Singh | Oman Captain - I think we were very positive. We couldn't take much from the first game, we were always in the game today, but Sri Lanka were a better side, putting us under pressure and 225 was a bit too much. There's hardly anything you can do with the skill level, perhaps be a bit more positive with the mindset. If you see our squad, there are hardly 4-5 guys who have played 40+ T20Is. We lack experience, the sad reality is we don't get too many matches against full members and no exposure to franchise tournaments. Our coaches and the management are trying their best, but we can't do much without a lot of T20 exposure. But we'll keep trying our best.

2 wins out of two for Sri Lanka, but they'll now have to ace the bigger tests. Australia is coming up and will then be followed by Zimbabwe. The group will perhaps be decided based on the two matches. On the other hand, it's a learning curve for Oman and they'll hope to do better when they face Ireland next. The T20 WC continues and we have Nepal taking on Italy at the Wankhede stadium shortly.
