Honestly I don’t care about their personal lives enough. They can do as they please but they must simply keep their dirty laundry to themselves rather than trying to normalise it like they’re trying to do with these cheap chat shows that they are hosting.

So long as they don’t influence young minds they can do whatever they want.

Unfortunately ppl worship and idolize them so much, for the kind of characters they play on screen 🙄.

These days all shows are just too bold for common ppl. Everywhere, tge foul language usage and more sexual content after OTT has arrived. To top it cachy music, dance moves item songs which basically have smoking hero with abs 🙄, half naked woman, vulgar n bold dance moves. So their mind gets into the dirt easily.

Today's youth have plenty options, a choice to learn from and influenced by.

Unfortunately parents are also responsible for normalising stuff that shouldn’t be normalised. I mean I legit saw reels of kids being dressed up like Gangubai after that movie. How do you not pick up the movie was literally about a prostitute who later turned into a pimp, was involved with human trafficking and had dealings with criminals?! How can you dress up your kids like her?! What is wrong with you?!

At least give it a thought whom you’re putting on a pedestal as a role model for your kids and modelling them after! And for what? Stupid likes and comments? From complete strangers? While your child’s privacy and childhood is violated?!

Youth being idiots are still doing things of their own stupidity. Here innocent kids are being victims of their absolutely moronic parents who should know better but are not even conscious of their choices. How do you blame youth when parents of children can be so obtuse and ignorant?

Sanjay leela bhansali sees love angle everywhere. Be it Jodha Akbar(as per history, there was no character named Jodha, it's harkabai), Jodha was not his first and only wife btw. There was no romantic angle to it. Same is with Bahirao Mastani🙄🙄. He is famous in distorting our history and our film chamber approves it as there was one statement mentioned " kalpanik hai".

I'm sure he wanted to show the same for Padmavat, until the Rajpoots stopped its release and asked him to change few things.

Otherwise, we would have got a romantic song between rani Padmavti n khiljj too. 😟😟

He’s fascinated with these women because he apparently lived near a red light area as a child. These Bollywood people don’t see love, they see what they want to see. For example in his movie Bajirao Mastani, I agree PC practically dominated RS and DP with the handful of scenes she got but he was still glorifying the whole EMA. In Padmavat he had Shahid as such an ineffective warrior that it was a joke. He would’ve changed the ending of that historical story if he could’ve.

The thing is very few people understand, movies are a source to whitewash history! The younger generations have very impressionable minds, and easily believe what they see.

Even if you see, bridgeton! How they are showing that the royals family was so open to other cultures and people of color.

It was never the truth! But narratives and history change with time and in the end every thing is manipulated.

I like the actress, but the character, not so much! In fact, I find a character very annoying and childish. They couldn't get a better villain with sharp attitude and more negative if they want to have a character like that.

Bridgerton show is so weird

S1 - the guy didn't want to have kids. The girl forced him and then was also doing drama cause apparently forcing a guy to have kid is betrayal to her somehow lol

S2 is straight from Bollywood movies. The leads cheat on the sister of fl

S3- I guess that Penelope wala season where she's gossip girl sasta copy and expose affairs in public.

S4- affair of maid and someone from bridgerton family . There is a power imbalance lol

Also these shows aren't clean or whatever. Explicit sex scenes bhar bhar k. Probably curse words too idk

And the shows are so weird too. There is a long history of black community were marginalized and being slaves for centuries and this show shows there had good position in society etc .when the show came out it was the main criticism. Whatever, fiction and all

Problem is our desi audience is gawar. But that doesn't mean any creative director has to tone down their stories. If someone can't differentiate it's their loss

And idk why our desi culture is really into purity bad language blah blah with 2.3 kids in average and population of 140+ cr, a culture of rapes and murders.

I couldn't stop laughing when Alice mondrich was throwing shades at lady Danbury, for trying to push her as queens lady in waiting... a lady would have been sentenced to death, if she behaved like that even to the lowest ranks of nobelity let alone the queen! Shonda is also in her own lala land, whitewashing history of crime against her own people.

I agree. These people are romanticising extra marital affair, ONS etc.as if they're normal day to day life. Yes, parents too are responsible for their kids behaviour. I remember when my son was very young around 7 - 8 I used to never take him to a cinema hall. Those days there was no Netflix, Amazon. In short no social media. He has grown up watching only Cartoons. I think his first movie was Taare Zameen Par. But, nowadays kids grow up watching OTT. The parents too are not bothered and it's very disturbing.

The most shocking for me was I had a student from 6th STD. and while reading a chapter from Geography he wasn't ready to pronounce the word 'sex' because for him it meant another meaning. I explained it was gender but still he didn't pronounce it. His mind was full of filth. Imagine a 11 year old boy having these kind of thoughts.
