On reddit people were speculating that ruhi aka sherlyn might have stabbed purvi taking aryamans form. She was the main villain in kdb so Ekta might have not taken her just to play a mom to a grown up guy. She definitely has something more to her character. And sahil has also played lead and parallel lead mostly so uska bhi meaty role hi hoga.

Too many character's in the show and more are coming, I hope Ekta does justice to all of them.
