Timeline is the most stupid part of this season.
The show starts with Tulsi Mihir celebrating their 38th anniversary. We see Parth is at least 18 years old at the time.
Per this timeline - Gautam shouldn’t be older than 37 at the beginning of the show. Right now, post this leap he should be 43 as he was conceived within the first few months of Mihir Tulsi getting married and likely was born around their 1st anniversary.
Karan is younger than Gautam. Per S1 canon, Mihir was in a coma for nearly 8.5 months. Aka for the first 9 months of Gautam’s life Mihir was literally presumed dead. As someone who was in a coma for nearly 9 months and who had amnesia, he had to undergo a period of recovery too just to get his mobility back. Mandira got too invested in him and was attracted to him once Mihir started recovering. She wanted him to remember who he was and so she arranged for him to get consulted by the leading psychotherapist who could aid him with recovering his memories and that’s how he even ends up in Mumbai again since that doctor practiced in Mumbai. Mandira invites Mihir to attend her brother’s wedding so that she can also introduce him to her family.
That’s how Mihir shows up at Tulsi’s wedding to Anupam as he’s Mandira’s brother.
Mihir takes time to recover his memories even though he returns to SN. Post this Mandira is shown as faking a pregnancy to get Mihir. She’s able to fake her pregnancy to the point where she has to don a fake belly to give the impression that she’s begun showing a baby bump. Incidentally, Tulsi does get pregnant at the same time as Mihir is informed by Mandira that she’s pregnant with his child. He obviously doesn’t remember the ONS she alludes they had.
So Mandira faked her pregnancy for at least a couple of months. Enough to pretend she was in her 3rd trimester because Savita wanted to keep a Godhbharai function for her child too and that ritual is only performed when a woman’s in her 7th month of pregnancy, not before, not after. Precisely this month in most cases on an auspicious day selected by the Pandit.
So say Mihir took about a month to recover his mobility after waking up, enough for him to travel to Mumbai and be able to move around on his own without any support after 9 months of coma. Say he got his memory back a month after reuniting with Tulsi. They resumed their marital relations and Tulsi got pregnant again by the time Gautam turned 1.
Mandira and Tulsi’s pregnancy drama progressed in parallel until Mandira was exposed nearly 7 months later. Shobha was born 2/3 months after that. Essentially, she’s younger than Gautam by almost 2 years.
Karan hadn’t even been conceived yet.
It was after Shobha was born that at some point Mihir met Mandira in Australia and had that ONS. BOTH Gautam and Shobha are older than Karan. Even if we assume that Mihir met Mandira a few months after Shobha was born and Karan was conceived around the time… making Karan and Ansh nearly the same age as Mihir wanted to confess to Tulsi what had happened but she surprised him with the news of her third pregnancy before he could say anything.
Per this logic - Gautam should be 43 now, Shobha 41. Karan should be 39/40 at most.
But Karan has a son who is at least 24 per the current timeline….. meaning he had to have had not just one but two marriages one of which led to Parth being conceived by Tanya while Karan himself was no more than 15/6 himself 
Then we have Pari saying in her statement yesterday that at the time when she and her brothers were adopted by Mihir Tulsi after being orphaned, they were already grandparents.
Essentially - everyone has been having Bal Vivah here and becoming a grandparent before they turn 50.
