I like Kausar but lack of planning ahead instead of being impulsive of running away is what fast track Seher nikah to Mahid. As a mother I can't blame her, she only seen one side of Mahid angry and violent and whole objective is for her underage daughter to not have the same fate as her and most importantly not achieve her dream. The grandfather wanted a young and illiterate wife for Mahid, is just ridiculous. Now nikah happen and mother and daughter gyab.

I completely agree. Seher being underage is hard but like how the creative are handling the story. Mahid isn't in favor of underage marriage not that is illegal but wants a girl to be of age first. I don't understand why his grandfather wants him married to a young and illiterate. Seher father is so useless he just wants his daughter married to influential and rich family. well the nikkah happened but it doesn't look like the rukshati will happen. so we have a half married situation which sort of protects sehar from the likes of parvez but she is also vulnerable to mahid and his family.

while it was expected, am glad they didn't show kauser as willing in any shape. even when nikkah has happened, she is clear that she will not allow her daughter's life to be spoiled and so is still fighting.

sehar crying and feeling guilty that she didn't fight hard enough is so sad. it is like she failed an exam but the exam itself is life. so it will be interesting to see what happens this time as the previous running away attempts failed so badly.

dr fareed feels guilty for encouraging mahid to get married now that he found out the bride was sehar.

Such beautiful leads!!! Awesome chemistry.

The actress paying seher is so beauticul! and Parth is so so so so dishy and filled with angst but such a noble soul!

The aesthetics of the show is spot on! Chemistry between leads is really magical and wonderful though their storyline has been debateable since Seher is too young. Performances are good too in general. I just dont like the fact there are too many villains in this show.

Tbh I wasn’t a fan of Parth at all in his earlier shows I watched. Started to like him a bit in CID but in this show he is nailing it as Mahid🔥 He has been surprisingly really good in the emotional scenes!

I kinda wonder why the engagement of this show is so low on IF, the show has a good hype in other SM handles though.

TLDR : grandpa wanted a nun for Mahdi which he is priest "mufti" . So she can support him and help other women.

Mahid grandpa wanted girl who her intire upbringing focused on learning her religion scriptures and practicing them. So she would be fit to be a "Mufti" wife. Which mean she will support her husband at home. And if women in her community asked her for religion guidance she could guide them.

And his convention hardened more after she exposed the cheater merchant. Using smae knowledge as 'Mufti'.

Why didn't he choose some city girl ? Because generally city girl from his prespective are career focused. While village girls work. They accept be house wifes. And They 'could' have more time to learn things from restricted community. And if anyone remember . Seher father intro about his daughter is she only learned about what I specified above. And he even called for someone in her town to know more about her.

Or even his own grand daughter for him ?

Either he want to merry her to other family to make better connections. Or he didn't think she fit to be a 'Mufti' wife.

The plot, writer wanted this. Otherwise if seher simply said to mehid or his grandpa I want to be doctor. The marriage would had been canceled.

As for sultana I guess she did not know those are human traffickers.

On the other hand kauthar was just in tite spot. She was bitten, tortured , put captive by her own husband. And mehid shown her his other side. So she does not consider him a good husband. Nor her daughter accepted this marriage.

The only mistake kauthar did is obeying sultana . Someone she barely knew.

As how mehid will find her is simple. Many people saw her face before. And know about there marriage. So one of them will see her snd her to him. Like how the driver returned her to her hone unconscious last time.

I follow the show but I am not active here. But man !! This Kausar. I understand where she is coming from but her solution for all problems is to run away - where she doesn’t know. Fareed had got cops but tab kuch bhi nahi kiya
