I will come back to the episode later, but one undercurrent dialogue caught my attention. While Dua and Mannat were convincing DK to speak to Guddi on the phone as Bhushan he casually says that both of you will get me killed one day and they respond with, Not today. It gave me a glimpse of foreshadowing. The way the line was written and delivered felt intentional, Let’s see how this unfolds.

Vik again conveniently forgot that he made those promises to her about love, put sindoor in her maang, slept with her & then due to truth broke the marriage inspite of her pleading begging multiple times to not do that...

I wish Mannat also tells him ki "tumhari fitrat bhi mai samajh nai paayi, pyaar mujhse kia, maang meri hi bhari, suhaag raat mere saath manaaya par shaadi ke mandap mei chora mujhey and aaj haath thaam kisi aur ka lia"

Honestly... I was happy when Vik questioned himself if dua-dhairya-mannat are really a family....

Because Dua literally called mannat mamma and Dhairya baba.. after seeing all of these anyone by default will think they are a family even mannat herself after seeing vik-yash-yuvi in similar circumstances thought they are a family without any second thought... But Vik even after seeing such seemingly obvious thing, he was questioning himself if they are really a family,this shows that he trusts mannat's loyalty.. that's why he is having such thought's...

But eventually he yet again got back to such dialogues about love, marriage... this is where everything is getting confusing...what exactly are vik's thoughts..he thinks mannat was having feelings for dhairya during their relationship,or he feels mannat moved on after their relationship was over..???

I think they are deliberately showing him messed up.

If there's anything these episodes are telling us is that Vik is the one who needs to change himself. He is deeply disturbed by things he doesnt understand and doesnt have control over his emotions.

Once he starts getting some answers from Mannat will he start calming down... bit by bit. But his behaviour currently will make Mannat wary of him even more.

Only Dua I feel will be able to pacify him...

Someone on X pointed out that its possible witches would reveal Duas birth truth to him... in order to make him hate Mannat and seek revenge from her. Also Mannat might be keen to hide it once she realises he didnt know... that would start the next round of accusations of lying.

I can see that happening especially if the makers dont intend to expose Malla soon. This will ensure Vik gets custody (the birth certificate will come in handy) and Malla gets few more days while manvik have another MU. 🙄 funeral day drama can stay hidden... as Vik may once again not believe Mannat.

Main kya ... pura FD jaanta hai ki Vik aise hi behave karega.... so why try to justify him on his worst days

He is justified in his stance from his POV but that doesnt mean DK is wrong either 🙈

Might be a kalesh I opinion but I’m loving the Indore setup with Dua-DK-Mannat as a family dynamics

Frankly if DK wasn’t Vikrant’s brother, I’d have rooted for Mannat to move on in life with him. Love alone is never enough to sustain a relationship. It requires trust and respect which clearly lacked from Vikrant’s end. Despite all his tall claims of love, he could’ve never made Mannat feel secure in their relationship.

My issue with a Vikrant was never that he was angry with RoTu and Mannat. They deserved every bit of his anger for deceiving him. My major grudge with him was how he misbehaved with them, especially Mannat to the point of abusing her. I get it, he was hurt but he could’ve easily asked for some time and space to process things, which a Mannat would’ve definitely understood. But lashing out with the intention to hurt and humiliate and then playing victim with zero sense of introspection is just unbearable.

He’s too obnoxious atm to be rooted for!

Bold: but wouldn't he question mannat as to why she hid it??.... Then mannat might tell him the truth na??? , that she came to share and that he rejected, that will make the entire secret to come out.... ??

Will Vik listen... his problem has always been that he listens and accepts the first version told to him... and with 4 witches around ... who knows what they can cook to protect Malla and keep him away from Mannat.

Ya just like Vik and mannat are right from their pov, dhairya is also right from his pov..

Just like Vik, mannat are good people with respective flaws, dhairya too is a good person(until now)with his respective flaws, he messed up big time pre leap...but that's true for Vik too...

I haven’t watched the episode, just read your update @Chaotic and everyone’s posts today.

Your comment above are what I’ve been confused on since Mannat’s snatching dream. But her fear of Vik’s volatile behaviour harming Dua has borne out to a large extent. Mannat believed he rejected the baby and her and went ahead and chose DK’s name on Dua’s BC. Mannat may still continue to hide Dua’s paternity, as the Vik pre leap and even today and the environment he has surrounded himself in (Y/Y and the vamps still) will be disastrous for Dua’s well-being if Vik asserts his paternal rights on Dua. (and she’s not wrong there) as well as expose Dua to face the truth under this acrimonious situation.

If the vamps/Malla twist that Mannat kept the truth of the baby from Vik on purpose all along, as she was having an affair with DK and wanted to be with him, Vik will believe Malla over Mannat…..the BC and the fact DK/M are a ‘family’ 7 yrs later, backs Malla’s version.

So Vik will stay acrimonious with Mannat but seek custody, maybe out of revenge as per Mannat’s dream, but then go on and form a bond with Dua.
