Someone I know has 3 daughters. They got their youngest daughter married to this guy who seemed like he was from a decent family. The oldest sister was friends with the elder sister of this guy for years apparently. They thought it was a good match when the proposal came. She’s a dentist, he’s a CA. They thought their daughter was friends with the older sister so it was all good.

Turns out the mother was really awful. She wanted her Bahu to be under her thumb all the time. The son had no spine to defend his wife and would let his mom treat her the way she wanted, everyone in the family quietly followed her else she would create a ruckus.

She eventually got a divorce and has since moved abroad.

I swear I thought he was standing on his tiptoes or on some kind of stool to even look like their heights were somewhat similar but still ended up looking shorter than her

And he wants her to dress up in bodycon dresses while probably wearing 6 inch stilettos? Girl is already gorgeous and looks like she settled for him; get her to dress up like that and she’ll legit look like some model while he’d look like her driver!

There are many people who don't show their true colour before marriage. That's why it's very important to investigate about the boy and his family. It's good that the girl you mentioned had the courage to stand up for herself and divorced. Else her life would have been destroyed.

to be honest while this girl is too good for Dev still I would like to hope t they save Parth for Vaishnavi. They look cuter together
