Nandini and Tulsi also have their own bond.

Tulsi stood by them after Switzerland like a rock and they never abandoned her either.

if you remember when amar was mihir, she had invited mandira for a puja meant for tulsi mihir cause she was pregnant too

then the entire ansh drama. she supported ansh, went against tulsi, taunted her, also saw KN together so put that seed in mihir tulsi to blame karan further

its so funny its never shown damini karan used to be item, damini was like a bestie to karan during nandini drama, then suddenly these 2 didnt have any bond

P.S. I watched that episode yesterday to get the SS of Tulsi's expression and there while scolding Ansh, Tulsi says Kunti ne Pandavo ko Draupadi ko baatne k liye kaha, I was like why are you bringing Mahabharata here...

Ansh says to main kya karoon. for a moment I wanted him to say that unke baare me kaun abhi baat Karega but then he continued speaking in same analogy

that Mahabharata reference felt so out of place there

I understand you weren’t comparing. Also Pratham tried to rape her but didn’t. She managed to push him away and run away. Nandini had no such opportunity.

Gauri forgave Pratham and when they did consummate their relationship it was because she was willing and they were in love with each other by then.

Ansh only ever wanted her to satisfy his lust. He wouldn’t have even become obsessed with her had she not broken into his home to get an interview with him. Her guts as a woman impressed him because he was surrounded by armed guards always so even men didn’t dare such stunts around him. But here was this bespectacled girl who had the nerve to do the unthinkable and then she kept on saying he was young, handsome and dashing when he gave her that interview.

Had she bagged his interview by getting an appointment from his secretary/assistant and met him like a regular journalist in some cafe, restaurant or at his home/office he wouldn’t have perhaps even remembered her once the interview was done.

The writers insert references to scriptures even though they themselves have no idea what they say just to make their characters sound holier than thou and justify their actions. They had a literal character called Krishna gambling with Shasha and put a night with his wife as a stake. In Nandini’s rape scene the BG is Krishna tu jhootha.

If you think that Bollywood movies have been serving propaganda, then TV is not far behind either and has gotten away with probably more than Bollywood and has luckily been undetected so far.

Forget about life outside Shanti Niketan. When Tulsi informed Mihir about Ansh's sexual assault on Nandini he chose to trust this criminal and not her. This was the craziest part. Mihir and the Viranis knew his past but yet they ignored. I was happy Tulsi killed him.

Prachi or Ram said that in some IV and couldn’t stop laughing about the fact either. Her family couldn’t accompany her to shoot abroad and since she was travelling as a minor the country required Prachi to have a legal guardian who was travelling with her.

I think Ram jokingly said that this real life incident made him truly feel like he was old enough to be her dad more than anything on the show had ever done

S2 glorifies her because in the end she asked Tulsi to give her Moksha. She essentially accepted Tulsi was a better person than she ever was.

I genuinely never understood the point of Karan Damini when they barely got scenes together. Karan never pined for her half as much as he did for Nandini when she was supposedly his first love. They had almost been married until Gautam ruined things for them on D Day and then it’s never mentioned like it was no big deal and nothing ever happened. Damini wants revenge one day and then the next day she’s like nope, I guess it’s fine Gautam trapped me into marrying him

Damini knows Karan Nandini are in love with each other but she stays quiet even when Nandini Ansh’s marriage is being fixed.

Balika vadhu was the show which had guts.
