Secondly about why is Maahi or Gautam still in Kothari Mansion, the same reason why Onupama continues to stay at Shah Hauj.

Flashbacks me Kotharis khud batate hn kaise Parag ke chacha ne unse unka sab kuch cheen liya tha aur Vasundhara ne apne bade bete Parag ko groom kiya aur itna bada Empire khada kiya woh bhi zameen se uthkar, tinka-tinka jod kar.

Not to forget, Parag gave Aaryan's share in the property to Mahi. That means Mahi has a right to live there, so does her husband. Also both Mahi and Gautam are working for the Kotharis. They earn their own money. That's way more than what can be said about Anupamaa and her minions, who are all freeloaders without any stable career or income.

Honestly, Gautam is a trashy character. So is Mahi. However, Anupamaa Shah, who has always supported and shielded (not counting token lectures) should be the last one to criticize anyone about morality and justice.

Rakhi Dave is my favourite character and easily the best mother in this otherwise mediocre show, even though I started watching it much later. Rakhi Dave’s journey has genuinely been inspiring. While Upmaa kept delivering endless lectures on women empowerment, Rakhi Dave showed empowerment through her actions. If Upmaa had learned even basic parenting from Rakhi Dave, Doshu, Samar, and Makhi would have been presented as role models for society.

Rakhi Dave actually showed what real empowerment is, unlike UpMaaa, who can only give empty lectures. While UpMaaa ran from one venture to another, being a total failure as a daughter, wife and mother, Rakhi Dave established a successful business, raised a child well and never tried to play victim. That is a truly empowered character. Not UpMaaa, who has not done a single successful thing in her 70 yrs of pathetic existence.

As i said, Raja ko paise chahiye, sponsorship chahiye par business nahin sambhalna. Prem ko Kothari Business se investment chahiye apne restaurant ke liye par khud business me haath nahin batana. Raahi business ke liye qualified nahin hn aur Anss competent nahin hn, Anil ka business acumen tez nahin hn.

Toh Maahi aur Gautam ko mauke mile apni saak jamane me aur unhone apna hunar saabit bhi kiya.

Also Gautam's family are shown to be a major investor in Kothari Empire.

Flashback ke hisab se may be jab business sahi chal raha tha tab Anss ko mauke bhi milte par ab jab business khud problem me hn toh there is no scope for mistake.

Toh ab batao, kise Kothari Mansion me rehna chahiye aur kise nahin.

Either he should have should have drawn the boundaries clearly or asked for an annulation. Anuj ki character ki dhajjiyan uda di ek character ko mahaan dikhane ke liye.

As for Shameless shahs and Jungle Raj, they deserved to jailed under multiple counts, from attempted murder to emotional abuse.
