It makes sense to bring his character back for some back story and tie up loose ends. I see nothing wrong in this. Plus audience who specially loved AK in the movie will be thrilled.
For me personally the movie’s selling point was and will always be RS and his phenomenal performance. And I am so seated for part two

It just shows why it's so profitable to write kuch bhi bakwas and print it as an article or make a clickbait YT video and people will still give it attention. All you need to do is attach a heavy weight name , like Dhurandhar.

No thoughts on if it's even possible to go back and shoot in Thailand in the sets in the first place . Whether it's feasible to do that in the first place , with so much work is done post shooting. Most people have little knowledge about how much time it all takes after shooting . That's why I often hear questions like why it is taking a certain series ( say house of the dragon ) so much time to release after the shooting is wrapped.

And the 2nd part is releasing on 19th March ! Poster badal ne ka time nehi hai , shoot to dur ki baat !
