God bharayi fiction of Prarthana is going on Ansh sits besides his beloved . Vasundhara insists Gautam sit near Prarthana as he is the real father of the baby . Anupama kicks the shah away n assures Gautam tumble n fall on the ground before he sits there . She also splashes his face with water to shatter his day dream of becoming the unborn child’s father. Vasundhara fumes , Parag asks his mother not to create trouble .
All join Aarti of Shri Nath ji , Aarti is started by Ansh n Prarthana n then all couples take turns . This is followed by everyone blessing the would be parents . As Anupama ties dhaaga Vasundhara mocks her only to get appropriate retort by Anupama . Parag again asks his mother not to indulge in talking so much .
there is singing n dancing and everyone enjoys the function.
Anupama gives long lecture on the significance of the ritual of god bharayi and motherhood . She ends by declaring Mother remains the boss for ever , others my com n go .

Vasundhara hands Prarthana a legal document that states that Prarthana’s child will belong to Kotharis , will be brought up b6 Gautam in Kothari mansion and will get Kothari name n not Shahs name. Prarthana is free to live wherever she wants. Shahs and Prarthana are shocked. Anupama declares that she was leaving with her pota n pota bahu , she challenges anyone to stop her. Parag declares that henceforth there will be no relationship between Kotharis n Shahs , who ever wanted to join Anupama were free to leave Kothari family for ever.

I was ROFL the entire time UpMaaa was giving gyaan on motherhood. Lol, her eldest son is a crook and adulterer, her second son lived his entire life getting ridiculed, her elder daughter is a spoiled brat who just knows to spit venom and her younger adopted daughter keep getting ignored. Not to mention all the grandkids she raised who are even bigger disappointments. And this woman has the audacity to lecture about motherhood.

Upmaa failed as a mother and failed again as a grandmother, yet she never misses a chance to preach about motherhood. Her words sound hollow because her own actions stand as proof against her.

What she did to her second husband is even more telling. He trusted her with the Kapadia Empire, made her the signing authority, handed over the Kapadia mansion, and gave her nothing but love and respect. In return, he was pushed aside, ignored, and reduced to a mere spectator—an unwanted guest at his own wedding.

PS: Makhi is blindly walking into a trap, unable to see that Diwakar is using her only as a stepping stone to reach Choti Upmaa. I sincerely hope Diwakar pulls the curtain down on this Trashy Tamashah and exposes everyone’s real worth. The women of the chawl, who treat Upmaa like a saint and a guru, deserve to know the truth behind the image they worship.
