Just saw the movie .A clossal waste of time,money and resources that have been invested in the film .A film that tries to mix up so many things but in the final tally ends up being a “Khichdi” that is tasteless and bland.Raaj Saab tests your patience at several points but its the last 30 minutes where the film completely falls apart!

The film starts off as a horror drama .Few moments later it feels like a masala film where our hero is trying to search for his missing grandfather.Mid way the film becomes a period drama with a Bahubali kind of setting.There is a romantic track too where three leading ladies keep fighting over Prabhas.There are comic portions too which are anything but funny.

The worst part of the film is sci fiction like drama that has been injected in the narrative and the major reason why this film fails so terribly.The entire concept of Hypnotism presented by Boman Irani is absolutely baseless which is why the last 45 minutes feel like a complete farce.Seriously what was the writer thinking when he decided to narrate this part.

Also the excessive runtime of 190 minute tests your patience.With an uninteresting plot the film feels like a torture to sit through.Moreover ,the numerous songs placed throughout test your tolerance limit ,as they are not even hummable.

On the plus side,the film has a huge scale also a massive canvas also some moments definitely leave a mark .The entire part where Sanjay Dutt goes through the transformation to avenge the queen is really well executed .Also the emotional quotient is quite strong between Prabhas and his Dadi.

Prabhas is better than in some of his recent outings.He looks fit and dashing.The three leading ladies do not have much to do with.Sanjay Dutt initially evokes terror but irritates you after a point .

Overall ,The Raja Saab is a misfire.This Raja ends up being a Fakeer.
