This is very confusing. Cricbuzz says there are 2 more hours to go before the match starts and Cricinfo says 1.5 hours to go. I will update as soon as the match starts.

There has not been a lot to separate these two sides, with both winning three matches apiece against each other. And that only seems to add more intrigue to an already fascinating contest between two sides that have indulged in overhauls.

Franchise cricket is not an easy gig. Tournaments rattle by. Competitions get decided by fine margins and for all the work that several teams put in, most end up with a sense of failure, with the title, usually, belonging to only one franchise.

As for the ground dimensions, pitch number four is going to be used today. 53m and 58m square boundaries, with a 66m hit straight down the ground. This is a different surface to the one in operation yesterday, but the characteristics might not change a whole lot. Although with this being an afternoon fixture, the surface could be a tad on the slower side under the sun.
