There are no big ups and downs in the plot, rather the story/ romance develops naturally and slowly, as Xifan overcomes the hurt from a previous relationship, and begins healing as she gets to know Suye more.

The show had beautiful scenery too, the gardens, the flowers, the cherry blossoms, the teaching of TCM, all were amazing. Loved the support of the family, also loved the romance between the main couple. Too many kisses and lots of them were initiated by FL which was refreshing to see.

Oh btw, first show i saw were umbrella scene it was other way around, FL brought the umbrella for ML hehe.

Overall, this drama is a peaceful and heartfelt journey of love, healing, and connection. Perfect for anyone seeking something soothing yet deeply moving.

That is a great drama.

I have watched both the leads previously and loved them here too.

Also I loved how FL was not a doormat and had a good family.

Loved K drama Typhoon Family

I rarely watch ongoing dramas

But watching Taxi Driver 3 and Idol I and both are going pretty great.

I agree. Its not a romantic show & imo they could've not bring in the romantic angle , at least with the adopted brother, that was totally cringe...

Apart from that , its a beautiful show , one of the rare shows with too much depth , a very well written story & all characters are superbly written ..

I didn't liked the leads romance and ML's mother was wayy to toxic.

I loved starting 10 episodes from their childhood to school before the two guys left.

I think k drama version did better in that manner.

But loved both the dads.

Reels of Speed and Love was all over my Insta.

I am trying to like it, but FL isn't making things better. If anyone has watched it. Can they tell me why FL is obsessed with her father who literally abandoned her and left to another country and made another family. & ML who left her and never contacted her.

But she gets annoyed with her mother who stayed behind and giving her a rich lifestyle.

Lately, I've been consuming too much sweet content. I used Vendetta of An to balance out the sweetness of Sniper Butterfly and I'm back here kicking feet over Shine On Me I'm already looking for some blood bath next. Speed and Love storyline looks like I might have to switch off my brain for a while to digest so it'll take me a while to get there to comment

It is all over my feed.

I may or may not watch it as it has 30+ episodes.

I rarely watch c dramas that have 24+ episodes.

I am always a little wary when a series gets insta famous, as in famous in reels. More often than not, it turns out to be disappointing!

But I heard this one is good! Rom-com if I am not wrong.
