In that case, if Vik hasn’t signed the papers, the wedding is still valid, it adds weight to Mannat’s position as well. She won’t let Dua live alone in SM, she needs to stay close to her and only then Mannat will be able to find Yuvi’s and Shruti’s death truth, staying in SM may give her some clues to think it wasn’t accident and she will start the investigation. Ayesha had mentioned the Vish video, so I believe that will be a key turning point for Mannat, which can only happen if she shifts to SM. She won’t come there out of wishful thinking, but this setup will also keep the Manvik angst phase alive. Dua will be the pull that forces them to live in the same house and her presence and habits will constantly remind both of them about each other.

Vikrant we all know is kaan kaa kachha , so if Vish tells him now , Mannat never came to tell him the truth about his baby, that will be the truth for him, the focus will shift, old lies forgotten & villains continue to live another day.

DK and Mannat are lucky in that Dua is good at lying like them. She may understand why they lied. Girl skipped town and travelled to Mumbai by telling a series of lies smiley36

Who is likely to reveal the truth to Dua though? Even if Vikrant goes the custody route, he still can't get Dua without Dua knowing that he is her father.

I am again putting up the same question....how will Mannat land in SM....what do you think the writers will give in for her to come back in SM....

I had asked how they would leap and got the answer in disaster wedding and MU to the extreme...now I am asking how is Mannat landing in SM and on what grounds...will Vikrant make her come in SM directly or indirectly....how ..matlab how .. smiley37

What I really liked was how Dua mentioned her lies in the letter and informed her mother everything including details like taking the bus and competition place n all. This shows that Mannat has raised her smartly. Vik will definitely be impressed by this, even though he won’t acknowledge it in front of Mannat. Also, last few episodes indicate that Dua is extremely close to DCP. Even if Vik demands custody, Dua won’t easily accept him as her father. He will have to earn her acceptance and go through agni pariksha. She has spent years with the Indore side and truly understands what family means, and that clearly reflects in her conversations. Dua will believe Mannat’s reasons for hiding the truth, just like the glimpse we saw in today’s episode when Mannat was talking to herself while lying on the bed and Dua was lying on the floor. She will have many questions like where Vik was for the last 7 years, who the DCP really is, why her parents aren’t living together, and the reality of Rotu. In short, everyone is going to be grilled by Dua🤣🤣

Well then he hasn't learnt anything in the 7years smiley36 Anger is not going to get him very far.

Even if he chooses to fight the Indore gang, he is going to be powerless in front of Dua. Even if he listens to his people, the decision to get Dua is not going to be in his hands. Last time he held all the cards and the sach gang were powerless since Neetu was in jail. How would he get his way this time? Noone cares what he thinks. All they care about is Dua.

Assuming Vik never talked about the divorce, he only says that Mannat left him alone and sided with Rotu. The terrace wedding glimpse has been shown a few times post leap. Dua’s identity is linked to the divorce and the rejection of the baby. Also, Mannat is unaware that Vik had no idea about either the baby or the divorce. He was manipulated, and she may be the first one to discover this truth.
