I think ekta brings women for Mihir for trps. Tulsi isn’t like her other fls like Prena, Kashish etc that she can show them that way. Parvati and Tulsi were always married to the ML only and never had any other man obsess with them. So probably that’s why. But I wish she could bring someone in Tulsi’s life for few episodes at least to burn Mihir and give him lots of pain
