Now there are some fans who would mock the new generation and some equally delusional ones who thinks the OG generation is boring.

I believe there can be a middle-ground, and logically speaking, that should be the way.

It's not like Kyunki is a mini series of finite number of episodes. Tulsi is the central character but even she will go through phases and that will require support and opposition from other people.

So the makers have to be smart here. There is no reason to introduce so many actors at the same time when majority of them are not up to the mark.

And no, I'm not saying actors from the current generation can't act because there are plenty of good actors working in other serials.

My point is, they need to have a proper game plan. Instead of focusing on extreme negativity, even if they focus on one grandchild from each 2nd generation kid like Sahil, Gautam or Karan - the show can go on for a long time.

It's a wonder why they are doing the exact opposite.

Bold: Idts there'll be any different impact if they show this than what they're showing now. No "OG" characters from 3rd Gen is retained so obviously there'll be no connection and have to start from the scratch only for establishing connection.

If Ekta wanted to cash on nostalgia, she would have casted a better actor Parth, but she didn't, so it wouldn't have been any different than what's showing now. Anupam and Kesar are also from OG version only.

Characters regardless of any connection, had to work harder to connect to the audiences as the demographic changed now. Those who were child or were born then are now the audiences.

Angad and Vrinda got connected with many neutral viewers. At least me, as I haven't watched any of their shows earlier. It's because of their story, actors' hardwork and their chemistry, not because of any connection.

So EMA revelation too didn't help the show's TRP increase. It's just that Anupama dropped.

I just hope Ekta don't show the Anupama tracks just because Tulsi's lecture got them to Number 1 spot.

He's biased towards gen 4 in general because in spite of low TRPs, he has done nothing to end this gen.

Also this might be one gen where the leads might not be cliffed, at least not the ML, but idk how that'll play out.
