She came from a village.. I think there ppl may point fingers at her if she seeks khula. Her daughter was too young. And she wasn't as strong as she became when her daughter grew up and had a dream to become a doctor. Sometimes you get stronger when your children grow up.

No way to put in spoilers mode here.. anyways.

So I got bored halfway through and stopped watching. In the original, they get married but Mahid is erratic. So they stay separately while in the same house. When I checked during the end, it looked like they had gotten divorced/annulled? and she went off to study abroad. He became a counselor of sorts and led group therapy for others in that hospital. After she came back finishing her studies, they got married again.

As much as I want to advocate that it is wrong to romanticise this underage romance, I still cannot stop going gaga over how perfect this scene looks. And also "aur ye gayi majid ki patang", the timing lol!

I hope Mahid finally understands the kind of pressure seher faces, now that she is starting to understand his pain.

I saw a clip of the original where OG Seher explains to OG mahid how suffocated she feels as a woman and that she wishes she was a man (I don't know the og characters name) with an example of how she wants to freely sit on the swing and then he takes her to a swing (which has a backstory of its own I guess) and while she enjoys the ride, taking her nakab off, he stands there, not facing her, but enjoying her freedom.

That clip is what got me interested in this show, knowing we would have that scene here somehow, but I think the kite scene will be equivalent of that swing scene (I hope not, it was very beautiful)

Really excited to see how Kausar reacts to this, but then I also remember her last (over) reaction 🤦🏼‍♀️

Do we know when mahid's mother committed suicide? As in some hint about how many years have passed? I really want to know his age to be able to digest the romance.

He's 22. It was mentioned in earlier episode. So either 6 or 5 years and some months older than her.
