If hugging or holding hands can make a girl “characterless,” then what should his actions be called—even if it’s just for one day?

Anyone can hug him, touch him, or cross boundaries with him, and he will still be considered pavithar. But Mannat—who never crossed a single line, who maintained dignity even in love—is labelled characterless.

This is not morality.

This is blatant hypocrisy.

As promo suggests, everything is gonna change once Mannat re enters into his life. Dua herself has crowned her babaji ki bandi and said, whoever has babaji ki bandi with them, there is nothing to worry. That means Mannat will indirectly put him on the path of redemption and he will come out of this quicksand.

I still don't understand why anyone would expect anything sensible from Vikrant post leap when he didn't show any such signs pre leap until the truth comes out . This is Vikrant we are talking about he needs proofs when it's related Mannat period🙈

I will quote what Ayesha said in her last 2 IV's "it's a story and as we turn the pages we will be dealt with different emotions" & her other quote "if something wrong is not shown and lived by the characters , how will they show what is right"

Vikrant is wrong and all of us aligned with this and we are hoping the writers give a good character growth graph of redemption. Again this was highlighted by both Ayesha and Adnan in their IV's.

Let's hope for the best and writes won't let down audience and AdSha again 🤞

Yes, you are absolutely right—if the intention was to first show evil winning and then good ultimately triumphing, there would be no problem in waiting patiently for that justice. But if we look at this show’s writing graph, it clearly tells a different story.

In this show, evil consistently wins over good. Not once, but twice, they successfully broke Manvik’s marriage. From the holy episode till now, only Malla has been winning. Except for the poison kaand, none of her crimes were exposed, and even in that case, she never received any real punishment.

The SA case—even if it is exposed after seven years—what is the use? After such a long time, there will be no evidence left. The same applies to the case where Malla tried to kill Vikrant. Delayed exposure without consequences is meaningless.

If after every evil act the makers showed good winning over evil, it wouldn’t hurt the audience this much. But here, every single time, it is evil that walks away victorious. The only character who was ever properly punished was Bobby, and now—after the leap—it seems Neetu might face consequences.

That imbalance is exactly what makes the story unbearable. This isn’t a case of “evil before good”—this is a pattern where good keeps losing, again and again. And that is why the audience feels exhausted, angry, and emotionally cheated.

I agree with you Rd..

This is the Vikrant, who still feels ,he's betrayed by his own people..He will continue to indulge in self-pity and view himself as a victim until the truth is revealed.

He will be in a state of self-pity and a victim of his own thoughts.

I said it in my earlier post too, looking at his leap promotional video, he's still in denial and thinks his own people betrayed him...As viewers we knew, Vik didn’t realize he was being manipulated by witches until now, as the truth finally emerges and his house of cards falls apart..

Even Adnan said, as Adnan,he knows but not Vikrant,the character....

I’m in agreement with you and as I was writing was wondering if case was reversed….if DK was shown taking Mannu’s shoes off after she collapses and tucking her into his bed, Mannat’s character would have been attacked!!

I’m not defending writers who have created so many flaws, double standards and even trivialised sexual crimes connected to Vik’s character all in the name of entertainment. The hypocrisy of these double standards are unfortunately rife in tv shows and in society in general.
