Even I felt the same but I think he doesn't sarcastically answer to anyone other than rathore unless they make mistakes.so Riya's level is improved from team members to equal annoyance with same reach as Rathore.

But haa I think Riya is more professional than him the official perspective.

I will disagree to that

We all have seen in episodes too he don't bother to reply to anyone. He's sarcastic to Rathore as they have a past. Arjun will always shout on shree or Riya that they aren't working properly etc

How he would behave with Rathore and others can be seen by how he talks to dustib Coelho and raghu sir. Especially the scene where he's assigned in etf

I do understand his irritation with riya too beyond his own feelings. Its like when a guy proposed to you , you rejected him but he lingers and makes you uncomfortable. Its similar imo. Riya didn't propose but arjun isnt blind to her extra attention to him. He's pushing her to feel himself better
