Rishta started airing when I was a school girl. I'm working now, and it's still on air.

Imho, You cannot expect quality of content after 5000 episodes

That said, I'd understand if they had an ensemble cast and a different story for each season, or at least every 3-4 seasons like Law and Order/Simpsons. Yahan toh ek hi story ko keech rahe hain endlessly.

Sometimes I think that show started what nearly 2 decades ago, I will get older and one day pass on. Be reborn as my own grandchild or something and that show will still be on and no one would know even then yeh rishta kya kehlata hai because so many generations would have passed by that no one would know who is related to whom, how and what are they even supposed to address each other as because it’s too hard to know.

I would be on this forum as a different user and dissing that show again as my reincarnated self.

Exactly. I don’t blame them for this absolute braindead content after a while because my god can you imagine doing this 24/7/365 for years?! It’s insane.

pls don't give them ideas lest they take show punar janam as a trope that is the only thing Shahi hasn't tried till now.
