Loved the movie..casting was superb except Arjun Rampal..I felt he was a little thanda for the character he played..Akshay, as everyone is mentioning, stands out..somewhere I wondered if it was the character that was written in a way which gave him a chance to shine but then there was a scene where Arjun Rampal had all the dialogues and he had one line at the end but with his aura, his expressions he overpowered everyone ..Ranvir as usual doesn't disappoint and I wouldn't agree with people claiming except for last 20 mins he dint have anything substantial to contribute to the movie as an actor ..he killed it and carried the movie on his shoulders effortlessly and one can't take the credit away from him..many haven't talked about Rakesh Bedi but what an absolute gem of an actor he is ..The supporting cast was superb too..The background music was bomb , absolute banger, the music too was well integrated into the story and dint pose as a distraction. The story was nicely tied to real life events especially 26/11 was goosebump worthy..one may or may not like Aditya Dhar's content but one can't deny his cinematic brilliance, how beautifully he presents his story..this was the best I have watched in recent years..waiting eagerly for the second part.
I found Arjun as the most creepiest and scariest. Akshay on the other hand was a more anti hero zoned character who got very easily manipulated by Hamza. Part 2 is going to be more interesting because Major Iqbal is going to be the one Hamza will have to deal directly with and he looks more formidable with absolutely zero compassion unlike Rahman Baloch….
