Ideally, this should happen before the leap, since Vish is one of the killers. If the post-leap narrative shifts toward a positive note involving a child, it would not make sense to punish Vish after five years, with Mannat once again running around to gather proof for Shruti’s murder. Proving a crime that occurred long ago would be difficult, and the emotional impact would also be diluted. Something significant must happen to bring this murder to light. If Vish caught and claims that Aish is alive, who would believe her? There would be no proof. Malla could easily betray Vish and help Aish escape the country, leaving Vish completely exposed. This would also validate DK and Mannat, who had earlier warned Vikrant that Dadi was killed by Vish’s goons. In short, Vish would have no way to save herself, as both sides would abandon her. However, if the writers choose to delay Vish’s exposure until after the leap, it would not add much to Vikrant’s redemption arc. By then, Vish would have already enjoyed years of the Salujas’ wealth and social status. The damage would be irreversible there would be a major separation, Shruti’s death, and Vikrant would have no idea of Mannat, Rotu, or even his daughter, all while Malla continues to stay close to him. A meaningful redemption would begin only if Vikrant learns at least part of the truth before the leap and carries that guilt for the next five years. The rest of the revelations could then unfold after he reunites with Mannat, Dua, and the family, showing how he struggles to win them back despite obstacles. Also, during pan masala wedding, Mannat discovered Malla’s plans after the Mezbaani party, which happened a day after her marriage. That realization forced Mannat into guilt over Vikrant’s situation. I believe the writers may now draw a parallel for Vikrant as well where he is made to feel the guilt first, instead of Mannat.

I feel aish is alive truth won't come out this early. Thats why they have added Shruti's death as another twist which won't be solved easily. Pre leap Vikrant might become aware of Vishakha's shady involvement but he might be too much in guilt regarding shruti. Post leap mu regarding dua will be solved first and mostly vishakha will take exit as she was at the front to create the mu and do the damage. They will take more episode regarding mannat knowing ars is alive as ars will be with new face. She might do some minor damage and then it might come out. Shruti's death is added just for mannat to become more ruthless towards Vikrant and not forgive him easily.

Disappointed with the makers. They could have toned down these scenes, they are extremely disturbing to watch. This show is tagged under the romance category on Jio Hotstar, yet what’s being shown is nothing but pure evil and darkness.

Wishful thinking Daman which all of us want to be true. But, looks like writers are in no mood. I am just waiting for the next traumatic BTS of ARS trying to kill Mannat or more Mannat CA BTS💔.

Looks like I definitely woke up on the wrong side and need to go back to sleep 🙃

I totally agree Daman... some truth should come out before leap... Vik has no right to be angry at Mannat when he is the one who has created the mess. He has to be in guilt and regret for a good 5 years what his anger have led to.

After seeing the screencap I was wondering if Vik found Shruti and admitted her to the hospital... but that doesnt seem like happening. smiley18

No I do not mean Aish being alive comes out before leap... her plastic surgery is last part of her plan to come back and live freely.

I mean some hint that there is another person involved in all this...

And for once Vik should be the first one to know... not Mannat... dont want her instant forgiveness for Vik while he sulks. Let it be reverse for once!!!!

Someone tell Mukta that the fake dushmani was one of audience favourite and fetched good TRP

If they show that Shruti was murdered and not an accident pre leap that should be enough to put Vik in guilt I suppose.

He can then work on finding the killers ... do this atleast for a person who has always supported him and he called Maa. smiley19

They can do this in between leap years... even if it does come out Aish was alive... whereas she might be back to SM in new face smiley6

The way she died it way too brutal... for once I would like some editing smiley28

If she is shown as murdered will Mannat leave town? Or since she is pregnant and is fainting time and again she will leave for the safety of her child?

If Vikrant doesn't even know about Vish after the brutal death of Shruti and he lives gloating for 5 years, how will show Vikrant's repenting anything.

I mean he called Shurti Maa , if this doesn't lead to anything, it would be a shame for the actor and character to be killed just to add more negativity like there is less negativity in the show.
