Mannat didn’t have a father’s name ….. she faced some societal shunning but mostly from SM witches, but 25 years later even in India I don’t think it’s needed. Mannat is so independent and resilient. Neetu won’t be happy either, not that that matters. And causes lies fir the child when she grows up….just like Mannat (and Vikrant) had.

Feels more like to drag out the MU storyline and Vik’s redemption arc.

See Mannat growing up never faced any issues though Shurti was a single mom, it's only after ARS spun up the rape story. And they can always tell the dad left them how is having a father's name so important while being a mother is not valued? Infact Mukta herself is a single mom and always shares stories about women empowerment. This is their best option to do so. Have DK in their life as the bade papa he is.

I will tell you what I posted to kidult this morning, it's nauseating to even have a fake relationship between Mannat and

DK after all the brother-sister scenes they gave us🤢. Don't think I can digest this even for entertainment. Vikrant can definitely believe whatever he wants once he makes an entry and for this they do not have to show fake or real relationship between brother - sister 🤢. Bring in some other person if they have to have a man in Mannat's life, just not DK the brother 😭.

I don’t think if it went to a court battle RoTu would have much sway in any testimony or character reference they gave.

But if it were outside of courts they could influence reconciliation between father and daughter at least ….depending on Vikrant’s state of redemption and forgiveness.
As @Kiduld or @Daman said earlier today, Neetu will want Vikrant to have rights on his daughter and her granddaughter.

Edit - but as Betty said earlier, Mannat holds more control now, Vik can’t come in shouting and demanding anything, he will have to have earned it now.

It's about how Vikrant will play his cards the moment he realises his mistake. Mending his relationship with RoTu will make them sympathetic to him and may influence Mannat to allow him access. Shruti could never convince Mannat of something she didn't want but i don't see her not listening to at least what Ronnie has to say. And we all know what Neetu wants Ronnie tries to get it for her.

I forgot Vikrant might use his trumpcard RoTu to enter Mannat's life again 🙄

I want a emotionally detached Mannat post leap after the dhoka she received from Vikrant. So, for RoTu to EB her it should take a few weeks but knowing this team and their obsession to have everyone under one roof in SM, I don't know 😵‍💫

Can you believe we are just 20 episodes away from 300 and leap may not be for another 5 episodes and like Moor predicted they may try bringing back Mannat to SM by 300 episodes 🙄
